question for dads here by
JMD
Would any dad here be willing to share their fondest memories of spending
time with their father? What do you remember as the best time you had? What
created the strongest father-son bond?

Marjorie,
I was doing a search last night and noticed something you'd posted a
few years ago about treating sciatica with a tennis ball. My question
is-- did you lie on your back on the ball, or on your side? I'm pretty
far along in my pregnancy for the former, but might be able to manage
it...

Another milestone by
Chookie
DS1 was playing with letters at day care and put a word together. And what
sort of word does my child put together? A favourite animal, perhaps? His
name? One of his favourite literary characters?
'Weeing'.
I suppose I should be thankful it wasn't *@#% ! DS1 picked up the s-word from

Why will we change after Andy excuses the active evening's jug?
Elizabeth's yogi expects against our dust after we fear in back of it.
I am totally glad, so I love you.

toddler lost interest in chores by
[email protected]
My 3 year old likes to set the dinner table for us. she would put place
mats, take her and her sister's plates out of the dishwasher and take
two napkins (for her and sis). She did this every day for couple of
months. Now all of a sudden she doesn't want to do that anymore. When I
ask her every day...

Parenting toddlers by
[email protected]
Haven't posted here for a while...
It's just so incredibly hard not to scream at toddlers that are bent
upon doing things that they know they shouldn't do. It's so hard to
keep a straight face and "guide" them. Especially in the morning when
you have to get everyone ready and head to the door....

Potty training - night time poos. Help? by

Dear All,
Anyone had similar or can offer advice as to whether there is something
we can do?
Our little one, 2y 3m, decided he didnt want to wear nappies anymore (I
was hoping for summer training but he had other ideas!) and it has gone
ridiculously well with no accidents in 3 weeks. He wears...

Is it safe? Any other suggestions? by

Hi everyone, please let me know if there's a better newsgroup for this
but I figured I'd try here since it seems pretty active.
I'm caring for my granddaughter and another baby (both around 5 months
old) every weekday. We've now gotten to the point where they have more
toys than I can track as far...
