Waking up shaking? by
xkatx
Is this normal? I believe this was kinda, sorta covered a few days ago in
another post, but I dunno...
I seem to, lately, have odd and strange dreams. They tend to be very vivid,
and range from just odd to downright scary at times. I normally wake up
remembering exactly what I had dreamed...

trying to make myself feel better by
Anonymama
I bet I'm the most pregnant person here. So there! Due yesterday! No
signs of labor! Who can beat that?
(Twins get bonus points, so maybe I'm tied for first place.)

Another cold by
lucy-h
Hi all
It seems to me that colds are the new PMT. I have yet another cold....
having only just got rid of the last of my flu. The doc says this is because
my immunity is lowered during pregnancy, but there has to be a way to stop
them... Vit C hasnt helped.
Any ideas?

Being called "Mama" by random people by
cjra
Or not so random. These are co-workers, guys I know well. They say it
by way of greeting as in "Hey Mama! How ya doin?" and acknowledging the
pregnancy. For the most part I think it's kind of sweet, but it always
throws be a bit. They never called me that pre-preg, the most they'd
say, if not my...

[email protected]
How can I tell if I have a blood clot in my leg? I've had a very sore

feel like a muscle strain. I don't see any bruising, swelling or

CM question by

Hi,
I've been reading this newsgroup for a while and I was hoping you could
help me. I've looked around online for an answer to my question but nothing
I've found so far seems to be exactly what I am looking for. My husband and
I are TTC. I've been tracking my ovulation using the Clear Blue...

another antidepressants and pregnancy thing by
Anne Rogers
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/4886762.stm
as the article points out the fact the women is taking antidepressants may
mean they are more likely to have all sorts of other problems. Also, as far

Varicose vein info and treatment (TMI and graphic) by
carlye
Umm... I am having a rather embarassing varicose vein problem. I
think I've had the veins for at least a few weeks now, but two weeks
ago they were brought to my attention when I was "spotting," and they
were blamed as a possible reason, and now for the last few days they
have been causing me...

Historical perspective on childbirth by
Chris
My mother passed away this past fall and my father has taken to
emailing all of his children a daily "journal" so that he can share
with us what has gone on during his day. I found the entry he wrote
for my oldest sister's birthday an interesting comparison to how my
husband and I approached...

Belated - 31 week appointment w/ midwife by
Zaz
Now, that was an interesting one. Micheline (my midwife) had been up helping
another woman giving birth since 3 AM. By the time we got there, the lady in
question was being taken for a walk in the park (it was a beautiful, warm
and sunny day) with the student midwife, so Micheline had time for us....
