Digital baby book !!! by [email protected]
Why a digital baby book...Baby books are so special because it's so easy to forget the small details. Traditional baby books are so generic and once it's written in...that's it. You can't share a copy with your family and if something happens to the book you've lost those extremely precious...

My daughter is now 21 months and its day 5 of potty training. We are using underwear as her potty training strategy as i have heard pull ups are no good. Having said that, my daughter demonstrates all signs of readiness. Day 2 was a good progress, she told me that she had to pee and did it in...

OT- WMF vulnerability update by toto
The newest microsoft vulnerability is apparently the wmf exploit. Read he http://www.us-cert.gov/cas/techalerts/TA05-362A.html The workaround I posted earlier is apparently enough. Look here for a patch (not official, but from a tech guru of sorts) http://www.grc.com/sn/notes-020.htm

How to handle mom (long) by toypup
I've been seeing my mom now and then. I think she will be there for DD's b-day next month. She doesn't say hi to me when we meet, even when I greet her. She just pushes past me to get to DD. FWIW, I've noticed she also doesn't greet nor attempt conversation with DH and SIL and SIL's DH and...

"Go Away Daddy!" by [email protected]
My 2 yo DD loves her Daddy. She cries almost everytime he leaves for work and is always thrilled when he returns home. That being said, she seems to have some sort of love/hate feeling towards him. By the end of the weekend or a long trip she almost seems sick of him. On Sunday nights she will...

Baby shoe pattern by [email protected]
Greetings, all; I just spent quite a bit of time trying to find a pattern to make simple shoes for my baby/toddler. Although I did find some patterns, they weren't quite what I wanted, so I finally ended up drafting my own. The shoe this pattern makes is very similar to some of the...

A fun game by MsLiz
I'm not a big game player and when I play a game, it has to be on the short side otherwise I lose interest. I played this game called Loaded Questions with my girlfriend and a few 11 year olds. I then bought the game and played it with dd11, ds27 and his girlfriend 27 and husband. It was totally...
