GD 75 g test by
Zaz
Well, it's finally done. This morning I went up to the hospital and got the
damn thing behind me. Funny, the infamous orange drink didn't taste so bad
to me - probably because as a kid I used to be a real fan of Fanta (called
"orangeade" in French). I must admit the last sip was just overdoing it,...

bleeding after 12 weeks and collapsed amniotic membrane by
ruth
Hi
I'm currently 16 weeks pregnant with pregnancy complications.
I wondered if anyone out there has experienced bleeding after 12 weeks
and collapsed amniotic membrane?
3 days after my 12 week scan, I was in A&E with a threatened
miscarriage .

maybe pregnant, when to resume pill? by
mp
I have been feeling nauseaus, ultra-tender nipples and acute sense of
smell. I've always had a good schnoz but the other symptoms feel very
different/atypical. I feel pregnant.
I've been on the pill for two years, though I must admit, I'm not super
great about taking it at the same time every...

31 week update by
Nikki
Well I had an appointment today. All is good in the world of Nikki, Thing
One, and Thing Two :-)
Estimated weights are 4lbs4oz and 4lbs5oz. Right around the 50% so I'm
happy about that and even more happy that they are so close in size.
Both are head down right now!! I know they can still move...

It sure *could* be!! by
xkatx
Just walked in the house... Took a trip to the mall and picked up some
groceries and all that... Also picked up a HPT, a 'First Response' test, the
same one I had used last time with DD.
2 pink lines showed up real fast! I called DH at work and asked when he'd
be home. I told him he needs to come...

Need name suggestions by
[email protected]
It looks as if I am having a girl although it is not 100% certain but I
am sticking to thinking that this is a girl until I hear "It's a boy!"
in the delivery room. Anyway, it looks as if her name will be Darcy
unless the name really doesn't suit her when she's born but I don't
have a middle name....

I had my midwife appointment today and I asked them to check my cervix
and do a memebrane sweep and they said that my cervix was soft and
dilated about 3 cm, something that never happened with my other two
babies. When I got home I had a little bloody show which is also
encouraging. They will try...

Cheaper source for disposable changing pads by
Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward
I was at the dentist's yesterday for a cleaning and made a great
discovery which I want to share with those of you who use disposable
protective liners on the baby's changing pad:
the vinyl-backed 3-ply paper bibs used by my dentist are IDENTICAL to
the disposable changing pads by Pee...

41 weeks + 1 day...feeling down, doubtful, depressed...venting by
Kathy
After a long, stressful week dealing with a transverse baby, fighting
for a chance at an external version, having the baby turn and just
barely missing a c-section, scheduling and canceling an induction and
now yesterday having a not so nice appointment with one of the OBs in
our medical group...
