Update on Me & the Kids by Joelle
Just thought I'd let ya all know how we are doing. Isaac went back to public school, with a special education plan. One of the problems was that he just cannot stay awake before 10 in the morning - so he wouldn't do his work in school, get it for homework on top of everything else, get...

Update on feeding... by xkatx
I called the kids' doctor on Friday morning, after it was recommended to me by the health nurse when they said they did not want to immunize A because she was sick. She's been her normal, regular self, just puking. Not projectile, just puking up everything and anything. So, I was actually lucky...

Well now that crisis is over - Hello to everyone. For newbies, I'm Joelle, widow with an 18 year old son and 16 year old daughter, single parent for wow has it actually been 7 years now? AOL dropped newsgroups and I frankly hate google usenet - that's a big reason I dropped out. Also decided I...

Went to the OB appointment today. Just got home maybe 10 mins ago. Everything went fine, as far as I know. Apparently, that grossness was the 'plug' and it's all fine. She has no concerns at all, and will be out of the office all next week, so my weekly appointment will be in 2 weeks, unless...

Tween gone fussy by Lilly
My DD used to eat anything and sometimes even help/make a meal. Seemingly overnight, she will only eat pasta with olive oil and salt, maybe a small salad if I nag her. All I have to say is huh? Also, I'm worried about her nutrition with this narrow diet. Any good whole grain pastas out there?
