Whittlestone breast expresser by

Akk. I just KNOW there is someone on this newsgroup that is a distributor
and I just can't remember who. She does put a little something in her sig
line and I am too tired to google it right now.
However, I used to work in a store that sells it and I would strongly urge
you to find somewhere...

tired of bf by

I am so tired of breastfeeding I could scream. DD is 10 months old and has
never tasted formula and is eating plenty of solids. She sleeps thru from
730PM til 530 or 6AM. I work FT and pump. OK, I should feel like I have
it easy. So, why am I tired of pumping 2-3X per day, being the only one...

Milk storage in avent bags by
Jolltax
Hi
I am using avent disposable bags to store my EBM for the first time and the
leaflet says the milk can only be stored for 24 hours in the fridge. I have
read that EBM can be stored in the fridge for longer than this, but is that
only in bottles ? Anyone know the reason i can only store for 24...

When do solids become necessary? by
Alphawave
I've heard plenty of times not to start solids until 6 mos., but something
I've wondered about: until roughly what age can a baby continue to grow
and thrive on breastmilk alone?

pumping boredom by

How do you beat pumping boredom? I pump 4-5 times a day. I don't have
the hands free kit. It's booooooring. I love to read books as long as
someone's there to flip the pages. Else I have to temporarily halt
pumping to flip them. At home I can may be watch TV (not anymore with
inlaws at home) or...

Helping others breastfeed by
Anne Rogers
I read a letter in a mother and baby magazine recently expressing anger
that the uk government recommends breastfeeding 6 months, this was because
everytime she asked for help the midwifes just helped position the baby
and walked away. I was lucky, I had far more help than I needed, the
midwifes...

B***dy Thrush (pg mentioned) by
Susan & Mark
I had thrush for 10 weeks and then got mastitis. After taking the
antibiotic everything cleared up and we breastfed for 15 months until ds
weaned himself--I think my supply went down due to pgny.
Stick with it. I know it totally sucks and you feel like it will never
end, but it will and things will...

Urgent help: A book on appropriate foods for baby by
ted
I know what I should and should not feed a six month old. I have a
fairly good idea. But my family doesn't. Since I leave my dd with my
inlaws during the day, I want to make sure they know what's good,
what's bad and what's an absolute no-no for the baby. Please suggest a
book that details or...

UPDATE [allergies] well it's official... by
Sara-anne
Well, DD had her appointment with the allergist on Monday, where he
did the scratch test on everything she was tested for with the blood
test, and then some others. It confirmed the results of the blood
test, plus added cats to the list, and a slight reaction to walnuts.
With regard to the wheat...

Is the Recall notice showing up? by
DeliciousTruffles
Is it my server? I can't see it and I've reposted a few times.
I posted a recall about bunk beds today. It has shown up on other
groups but I can't see it on these three.
Please let me know. If the posts haven't shown up, I'll try again.

This one may sound a bit weird but it really makes us laugh - just before
bedtime, our whole family likes to cuddle up in bed and maybe watch a bit of
tv. dh usually wears no shirt and we can tell when ds2 is getting tired
because he will lift my shirt to nurse although he wont concentrate...

Super Baby Food? by

I'm in the process of reading Super Baby Food and I have several questions

worthwhile.
First off, have any of you done this diet? If so, was it worth it or should

pregnancy chances by

What are the chances that I could be pregnant? My son is 5 months now and I
haven't had a period yet. I haven't been careful either. I'm not feeling to
good. I have very bad cramps and I've been really tired and a little
nauseous. Maybe I'm getting a period. How would I know when to test if I
