Hello All,

Giving birth by
Mark & Ana Jones
Lately I have been thinking about giving birth and became really afraid. I
have never been able to watch it on TV and always thought of it being the
worst horror pain experience ever.
I think it's got to do with the idea of baby going through small opening of
vagina and cervix. Jesus, I still can't...

Visitors: when to start receiving them? by
Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward
What should be my policy on visitors once I've had the baby, given this
is going to be my first child?
Some family members would come to stay for a few days, and some would
be just friends coming for a quick peek at the baby.
If relevant, my husband and I will both be off from work - he for...

cleaning baby's butt? by
zolw
Hi;
I read that people use the wipes for cleaning baby's butt. Also in the
infant care class we took, the nurse explained how to clean using wipes.
I always thought that the best way of cleaning baby's butt is to go to
the sink & use plenty & plenty of water, towel dry it & then use the
diapers....

Losing weight during first trimester.... by
Jill
I have read that depending on your weight before pregnancy, you should
expect to gain between 15 and 25 pounds during a normal pregnancy. The more
overweight to start would be the ones who gain less weight, i.e. 15 pounds,
and someone who starts out underweight would gain 25-30lbs...
I know I...

Rib cage size after pregnancy? by
Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward
Anyone know what happens to the rib cage after pregnancy?
Judging by the way I no longer fit into my old clothes, mine seems to
have expanded, and the tip of the sternum sticks out a little when I'm
lying down, which it didn't use to do before.
I'm four and a half months post-partum and wondering...
