overwhelmed and exhausted by
Rob
Hi everyone....I am new to this
Our twins are 11 weeks old, and we are enjoying them very much. My
problem is that I am exhausted all the time, and I am starting to get
overwhelmed. They never sleep or eat at the same time during the day
which means I am constantly feeding one or the other. That...

Hi -
I'm due in November pregnant with twins and I don't have a clue on what to
buy as far as strollers, carriers, car seats, cribs.... it's all so over

I would be truly grateful for any input on what to buy!
Thank you so very much!

Christmas gifts by

A few questions...
The main request from our 4 year old this year is a Barbie Cash Register. Does
anyone have this??? It is about 40.00, I hate to spend that much but it seems
like she is really interested in it. (Can you tell I want someone to convince
me it is no good?) So I guess that will...

sage advice needed - kindergarten related by
GandSBrock
Okay, I sent out a letter to the school requesting that the boys be placed in
the same class - you've heard the whole diatribe before so I won't bore you
with the details.
Well, they called today saying that the boys will be in different classes.
They sympathize, but they always separate twins and...

Formula after 12 months? by
KimandJuan
Is there anyone here that is familiar with continuing formula after 12 months?
I have a friend with twins that is still giving her girls (15 mth) formula.
They even wake up twice a night for a bottle still. I don't know what advice
to give without sounding condescending. I was shocked when she...

Strollers by
Sid Eaton
My son and daughter-in-law are about to have twins 11 months after
their first born.
Has anyone seen or heard of three individual strollers that can be
somehow connected together or disconnected. Seems like it would be
ideal to be able to have individual strollers, or a parent pushing two
and the...

How long would you let a 1yo cry? by
Marie
I have struggled for many months to get my twin boys to nap--*in* their
cribs (as opposed to in the moving car, in the moving stroller, in my arms,
etc.), and *at* the same time (as opposed to one waking up right when I
finally get the second one to sleep). Not only do they need the sleep but
(I...

sunscreen question by
Karen
Has anyone else heard that infants should not use sunscreen with an
SPF higher than 15?
Someone on TMMB said their ped. told them there is new evidence that a
higher SPF can cause liver damage.
I've searched the net and found nothing, so talked to my sister, who's
a pharmacist...she found one med...

18 month old Vocabulary by
KimandJuan
Hi...
What are you 18-24 month olds saying at this point? It seems like Alexis was
saying much more then the babies are at this age.
Emma says "wow wow" for a dog, Agua for water and, sheesh for cheese anytime
she sees a camera and daddy and mommy.
Aislyn says mama and cheese and nothing...

Dealing with death by
Andrea
Hi Everyone-
Last month our precious Lab died suddenly while the girls and I were in
Virginia visiting my parents. We are not really sure what happened to her. She
was almost 10 years old, which is kind of old for a Lab, but not ancient. DH
said that she stopped eating her food a couple days...
