Let's Pretend Pictures by
DeliciousTruffles
Joshua and Katerina like to play pretend. Katerina thinks she is
Princess Aurora and Joshua thinks he is Prince Phillip from the movie
"Sleeping Beauty."
The last picture, though, they switched roles.

Another GD ?? by
Matthew Beasley
Hi all,
Well I have been testing my BS for a full week now and met with the
diabetic educator again today. She looked my numbers and made this icky
scrunched up face at me and then mentioned teaching me to do insulin
injections in case my doctor prescribes them at my appointment tomorrow.
Now I...

Questions about induction by
Maggie
I've been diagnosed with gestational diabetes and find out on Wednesday
if I need to go on insulin. According to the obstetrician (sp?), if I
go on insulin (which she thinks is highly likely), they will want to
induce me at 37 weeks. (I'm now coming up to 34 weeks)
I wanted to have as natural a...

Last question for the day, I promise! by
Leslie
I'll be 37 next month so I guess that means I'm an "older mom." What
additional risks does a woman over 35 supposedly face during pregnancy?

Fetal Position by
Leslie
My first two births were c-sections for breech babies, and my third was also a
section, supposedly for CPD, but I really think for a malpresentation. Does
anyone know of any suggestions for getting a baby into a good position for
birth and encouraging him to stay that way?

Pre-pregnancy planning? by
KD
Hi folks!
My husband and I are planning to start working on this 'project' early in
2005. I was wondering if there are some things I should be doing even now,
to prepare for this. I'm 32, will be 33 by the time we start trying. I've
certainly read about folic acid and such. Should I visit my doc...

maternity clothes: full-panel vs. demi-panel? by
M Wayne
Hi all,
I'm sure this is a YMMV sort of question...I'm a first-timer due at the end
of July, and considering the arctic winter we had here (outside of
Philadelphia, PA) I'm sure it will be intolerably hot and humid for the last
few months of my pregnancy. I'd like to buy a few things to wear that...

I'm at my EDD! Yippee! by
Carol Ann
Okay, anyone want to give me your "guess" as to when I will deliver and how
much she will weigh? Heck, while we are at it, how about her length?
Here's some info:
Me:
~5' 2 1/4" (my brother and my father are 6', mother is 5' 5")
~I gained 40 lbs during the pregnancy.
