mixed nudity in East German schools? by Pamela Mills
I posted this a few days ago in another news group hoping someone there might be able to add something to the story or tell me that my coworker has been pulling my leg. I've searched google but didn't really find much information one way or the other there either. I have a coworker who moved here...

snappy comeback needed (venting, too) by Anonymama
One of the many issues I'm dealing with right now, as we try to figure out why my three-year-old has ADHD-type behavior, is other parents. I'm really, really, really tired of disapproving glares and unsolicited advice from strangers. I try to let it roll off my back, but sometimes -- especially if...

Obsessive behavior in 4 year old by Michelle Spina
Hi All, We've got a problem that has been escalating for a while now. First, a bit of history: for the last, oh, two years or so, James and Daddy have a Saturday ritual that involves going to the toy store where James picks out a toy. These have often been things that exist in a collection like...

Ferber method the right thing? by Nickysmom
We decided to "Ferberize" our 5 months old son but after 3 days we are questioning our choice. Our baby had some issues going to sleep before which is why we decided to do the method - I realized I was essentially nursing him to sleep or one of us had to sing or rock him to sleep most of the time....
