for about 4 weeks now I have had a really foul odor discharge from my
vaginal area. Its sticky and clear and I do wear a pad. It almost smells
of urine but not exactly. I know that I could be leaking urine but its...

Ultrasound and MOVEMENT! by
WD
I had my ultrasound near the end of my 18th week. All's well (as far as I
know, the tech didn't say a lot). The placenta is very low, she said
'possibly previa' but before anyone starts yelling about fear mongering.....
she ~did~ say that most of them move up by the time of delivery. She...

Self Pitying Rant by

ARHGHGHGHGHGHHG!! I am already tired of being pregnant. I'm hot, the kids
are home and I'm bored. Today by 11 am I was so sleepy I had to take a 3
hour nap. I've got 3 more months of this, and I can't imagine getting even
bigger and more uncomfortable. It doesn't help that I am here alone w/4...

help...my baby is sick by
Jen
Dear all,
I need help. DD is 7-week-old. She coughs and stuffy nose these two days. I
thought baby under 3 months won't be sick; however, I suspect her has got a
cold. Should I bring her to the family Dr.? Or should I give her any over
counter medicine? How can I tell if she is sick since I am not...

preterm labor risk? by
toypup
With DS, I was in and out of the hospital from the beginning of the 3rd
trimester for preterm labor. I was on bedrest for 2 months. DS was a
preemie. So, they say the risk of preterm birth is higher in women with a
history of it, after all, it's the same uterus. For those who've had...

38 weeks and counting! by
Alicia Elliott
I went in to see the midwife for my weekly update today. In some ways it
was good, but I am feeling somewhat disappointed that labour hasn't happened
yet. I know that there is no way to predict when it will happen. However,
when I lost my mucous plug last Monday I was sure that 'something' was...

Well, you got a 50-50 chance. The first child has nothing to do with

Mitch and boan. by

I am officially tired of being pregnant now.
No matter how I sit, if I sit - on a chair with my back straight, in a
kneeling 'ergonomic' chair, on the birth ball, cross-legged on the
floor...doesn't matter, when I stand up, I feel this gawdawful pressure on
my cervix. My sacrum is loose, making...

How did God make mothers?
1.- He used dirt, just like for the rest of us.
2.- Magic plus super powers and a lot of stirring.
3.- God made my mom just the same like he made me.
He just used bigger parts.

That is a question about odd breasts, not an odd question about
breasts ;)
I'm 20 weeks pregnant (with #1) and, frankly, find my breasts a little
strange this am. From about implantation I had the normal tender
breasts and have gone from a full C to a fullish D - all normal so
far. This am I...

Bells Palsy by

My wife gave birth to our daughter 5 days ago and started showing
signs of Bells Palsy 3 days later. The right side of her face is
somewhat paralyzed (i.e., her eye doesn't close or blink, the right
side of her mouth doesn't move). Her doctor says that it should start
to clear up within a week or...
