The placenta...

Preeclampsia by [email protected]
My SIL is 28 weeks along. Everything has been going well up till this week. She went in for a check up and her blood pressure was high (in the 150s), and was spilling protein (not sure of the amount) and retaining fluid. They were also concerned that the blood flow in the umbilical cord was slow....

Another night in L&D by Crystal Dreamer
I went to L&D last Sunday night because I was having contractions about 10 minutes apart. They monitored me for 5 hours and I got a shot of terbutaline. My cervix is closed but the doctor thinks it might be funnelling based on my last cervical length. Good news is the fetal fibronectin came back...

I think I've dropped by Amy
Hi all, I'm 35.5 weeks, and I think I've dropped. My husband says that everything looks lower and more forward, and my friend Kathy agreed when she saw me. My question is, how long was it between when you experienced moms "dropped" and when you gave birth? Thanks!
