Baby bald spot?? by
Jill
I just noticed that R has a bald spot on the back of her head kind if right
behind her ears but in the middle of the back of her head. It looks like
from where she sleeps on her back and sides, and has "rubbed" her hair out
the way she lays on her head or something. Has anyone else had a baby...

What happened to ChocolateTruffles and the due date calendar? by
Carlye
(I tried to post this once already and had trouble, so if this is a
repeat -- sorry!)
Maybe I missed something, but I haven't noticed the MKP Due Date
Calendar since 8/30. Haven't seen a post from ChocolateTruffles for
some time, either. Did she leave us? Just curious.

Ear drops advice needed... by
shixa
The Ped gave us numbing drops to put in V's ears for 3x per day for
pain. My question is do I put the drops in even if he is showing no
sign of pain until it's gone like the antibiotic? OR Do I wait till
he seems to be bothered by the ear pain? He doesn't seem to be
showing any signs of pain...

Moving toddler from crib to accomodate new baby by
Shelley
I know you should transition your toddler from his crib to his new bed
a few months before baby is born so that there won't be any hard
feelings but my question is, should the crib be taken down then
reassembled when baby comes or is it OK just to leave it up? The baby
will be in our room for 1st...

Juice question: healthy? by
Jill
A few quick juice questions, Since pregnancy: I cut out caffeine and no
longer am drinking any kind of soda/carbonated drinks. Also am wondering
since in a couple months Rachel will be ready for juice.
I know 100% juice is much better than "concentrate" and "cocktails" that are
15% juice and...

TTC and Femta question by
Sophie
Hi, I'm new.
I'm TTC and have a Femta question. Anyone here use it? I've been using an
unregistered version, and when I entered the first day of my current
menstruation (which was one day shy of a 28-day cycle), it threw
everything
out of whack. It won't allow me to adjust the end of my...

Hooray! We made it! by
Sarah Vaughan
Survived the move with almost everything still intact, including the
tattered remnants of our sanity. And, after nearly two weeks of faffing
around while the ISP & phone company blamed each other for the delay,
we're _finally_ back on broadband. Thanks to everyone who wished us
luck for the...

passed one test, failed one test by
Tara
I passed the one hour glucose test last week, which was a huge relief.
Don't ask me why, but I had managed to get myself all worried about
gestational diabetes, so this is a big load off my shoulders.
But, at the same time, I found out I am anemic. I've been feeling
fine, so who knew? I'm taking...

First ear infection...:-( by
shixa
Yesterday morning V woke up screaming his poor little head off and was
just inconsolable (which is unusual since we can usually find
*something* in our bag of tricks to calm him) and my Ped's office has
weekend hours so we made an appt and he has an ear infection caused by
drainage from teething...

Rachel sleeps more than I thought she would, off and on about 10-12 hours a
night and some naps in the day. But is very active during the awake times...

5mos, rolling over - poor dear by
Shena Delian O'Brien
So Logan had rolled over onto his tummy at 3mos, but it took about 2
more mos for him to figure it out -really-... now he does it on purpose
all the time. It's his thing to do every time I put him down. Especially
when he sleeps. But, he's pretty much mastered it and can push himself
up very well,...

Someone called my boy a girl today. It didn't bother me - made me
laugh, actually, because I understand perfectly how hard it is to tell
(especially when you've got the kid almost naked because it's hot and
steamy out). She felt really badly.
BTW, I think I just managed to survive our first...
