It's Official, I Suck at Registering! by Carol Ann
I'm so fed up! I've done all that I can do online at www.babiesrus.com. I can't find anything else. How frustrating. It really is so much easier to go to the store and buy what you need. LOL! Don't get me wrong, I'm extremely grateful for my friends asking me to create one. It's just that I...

My niece is here! by Sophie
Rachel Elizabeth arrived at 4:30 this morning. She weighed 8 lbs 11, tiny compared to her older brother (who was 9 lbs 6). That's it for me for nieces and nephews though, my sister is done with 2 :( So glad everything went well and I know my sister's glad that part is over :) Just had to share.

Anyone else doing the hermit thing while pregnant? by Jill
I'm sure those who have other kids don't get to do this, I am sure if I have another child my next pregnancy will be nothing like this one. But, since quitting my job I feel like I live like a hermit. Most other people I know are working just like I was, so during the days, I just putter around...

Whirlpool concerns by Jeridiah
I would like to surprise my wife with a late term pregnancy getaway weekend. The dinner theater/hotel I am looking at has really nice rooms w/ whirlpools. Is it ok for someone at 31 weeks to be in a whirlpool? I don't want to pay for a really nice room only to find out she can't use it, or...

I took the plunge! Will see a midwife! by Vicky Bilaniuk
Well I actually made an appointment with the local midwives' group! I'm very excited about it. They sound totally willing to work with me and to listen to me. Yay! :-) I made the appointment *now* (i.e. only half way through the first trimester) because I read somewhere online that Ontario...

Normal? Sorry TMI by LeAnn
Is it normal for pregnant women to 'leak' on a regular basis? I don't think I've ever gone an entire day with a dry pair of panties! LeAnn

Pregnant and cosleeping (xposted) by ted
My 10.5 month old starts every night sleeping in the crib. She wakes up after an hour or so and wails until I come and pick her up, place her in the bed next to me and both of us doze off. Since I'm newly pregnant, I'm feeling sleepy by 8pm. This is working out fine (for now!). DD is not a happy...

Wondering when baby can be felt from outside? by Jill
My baby is really starting to get active. I am 22 weeks and 2 days, and I would say today is the first time I felt anything more than a flutter or something that felt like she is rolling over. She kicked me today! I still can't feel anything at all outside my stomach though even though from inside...

Expressing breast milk by Sandy

20 week checkup by Sandi
Well, it was a pretty uneventful appointment, but I thought I post an update anyway. I finally got to see my normal OB. She had been on maternity leave until the first of the year, so I had been seeing other doctor's in the group until she came back. My blood pressure was 90/60 (normal for me)...
