4 month checkup by All4meUC
I took Koby for his 4 month visit today. I knew his weight was going to have increased but I couldn't beleive he now weighs 19lbs. 6 oz.!! Everyone is amazed at his size b/c I am very petite (and breastfeeding). I'm assuming his weight gain will slow down a bit, especially when he starts...

4 month growth spurt? by [email protected]
William, now 4 months, has had a weird few days and nights with feeding and sleeping, but last night was the maddest as he fed at 7pm, 10pm, 2am, and 6am and woke once at 12 when we got him off with his dummy. His cold has gone and his teething seems to have stopped (no teeth yet). There is still a...

4 month old Baby's poo color is green by A_Newsreader
Hi all, My wife is doing a great job breastfeeding our 4month old son. She takes real care over what she eats (all natural stuff)...... But, our baby's poo is very green. He looks great, is always smiling, always fed on demand, and is absolutely spot on in terms of weight/height for his age.

4 month WBV by Kathy
DD had her 4 month WBV yesterday, and all went well! At birth DD was 7lbs, 11oz and 20 inches. At 4 months she is... 14lbs, 11oz and 24.5 inches! Doc said she is in the 50th percentile for height and weight and the 25th for head circumference. DD took her 4 immunization shots very well...cried...

4 month WBV (long) by Phoebe & Allyson
The Caterpillar is well. :) She's 14 pounds, 12 ounces, up from 12 pounds, 4 ounces at 2 months. 2.5 pounds in 2 months doesn't sound like a big gain to me, but it took her from 75th percentile up to 80th, so I guess it was plenty. :) New ped weighs clothed and diapered, versus old who weighed...

4 months: enter.....the exersaucer by Chotii
Okay, this kid can't actually sit up by herself. She has to be wedged upright into the seat with a rolled up towel, so she doesn't flop from side to side. But she's no longer happy on my lap in any position (unless she's nursing, and that doesn't take very long). She doesn't want to be on...

4-month roll call. by AlenasMom
I'm feeling left out. :D Alena's doing great! 14lbs, 26" long, and still nursing like crazy! Is anyone else getting pestered about solids? MIL wants me to feed Alena turkey and mashed potatoes at Christmas. (It's not happening!) We're all doing great here! How about the rest of you?

4month checkup and a tooth! by V.
Madi had her 4 month checkup and shots today, so she's cranky. :( While waiting for the Dr I let her chew on my hand and I felt a sharp tooth! It's a lower tooth, barely visible from the front, but definitely there. So that possible teething behavior turns out to be exactly that. She's 14 lbs...

5 1/2 months, crying all night, gah. by Chotii
I'm not sure what's wrong with the kiddo. Okay, so she's got some new skills, like rolling and reaching forward to grab things. This is exciting, and she doesn't want to eat all day. But what's up with night time? I'd understand if she nursed all night, but last night she cried and cried without...

5 month old biting by sharonx9
My daughter is 5 1\2 months old and has had her 2 bottom teeth for a few weeks now. All has been fine before now with only the occassional bite. But she got sick on Saturday and had a fever and was very grumpy. Now, while being sick (for 3 days), she has bit me several times and pretty hard. My...

5 month old refusing to nurse by lissi
My DS is just days over 5 months. He's always been high needs, fussy, whatever you want to call it, but in most cases he would calm down if nursed, and sometimes be right as rain within seconds. We co-sleep and he has a nurse-to-sleep association, which we've been working to break for about a...

5 month roll call by teapot
How is everyone? Hoola Moo Boy is just over 7 kilos and still exclusivly breast fed. Apart from MKB friends (can I call you friends? I think of you as such) I am the only person I know not putting their baby on solids at 4 months. Moo is great, really resiliant. Me and my bloke have just had a...

5 months by Irish Marie
Hi all I know I have been quiet lately, I've been lurking :-) Well Liam is 5 months today and we are still in the breastfeeding game.........albeit not 100% of the time, but most of the time that I am with him I will nurse rather than give him the bottle. Last night we were both ill, and he spent...

5 week old by Christopher Vitek
My wife and I just had our first child, who is now 5 weeks old. She seems to be extremely fussy during the day - she will cry unless she is being cuddled and walked, and she will usually fall asleep after about 20 to 30 minutes of walking, but then she only sleeps for about 1/2 hour, before...
