rash problems by
emilymr
Poor little buddy's got baby acne all over his face, eczema/cradle cap
on his scalp, heat rash on his shoulders and back, and a staph diaper
rash on his bum. He really looks like he's been exposed to a nuclear
blast. I feel so badly for him; he's fussy, he scrubs his face into
my shoulder, and...

Criminal CAM obstetrics: 'CAM positive' vs. 'CAM negative' by
Todd Gastaldo
CRIMINAL CAM OBSTETRICS: "CAM POSITIVE" VS. "CAM NEGATIVE"
CAM = Complementary and Alternative Medicine.
"CAM postive" - a phrase used by OHSU's Anne Nedrow, MD and

an expected SD by
Anne Rogers
http://www.homebirth.org.uk/peta.htm
I'd never come across a story before where someone was fully expecting a
case of SD, I'm not sure I'd advocate what this women did, though I am with
her that home was better than hospital for a vaginal birth!

groups for indepth discussion by
Anne Rogers[_2_]
I'm looking for email groups or forums where there is more indepth
discussion about maternity issues in general, I'm aware of some for the UK,
but I really want to try and get a picture of things in the US. Birth is the
same, but the system isn't, I get the basics of how things work from here,...

Is there any relation... by
xkatx
For those who have more than one...
Out of nowhere, I just got thinking.
It seems the birth days and EDD for all my kids are somewhat related. Just
wondering if anyone else has something along these lines going on that they
didn't really "plan" to work out like that.
For me, DS1's EDD was Dec...

Looking for opinions on a sensitive subject by
pj
I'll start off by saying I am absolutely not looking for a
pro-choice/pro-life debate. I just want to get as many opinions as
possible on what others would do in my shoes. I know the decision is
ultimately mine and my husband's.
My history is rather complicated, but here it is in a...

Should I do this-from a legal standpoint? by
[email protected]
I was recently visited by my best friend in high school, a woman
(obviously).
She's married now, but her husband is not producing sperm. They are
not sure why, but they are wanting to do an invasive surgery, and
while he is OK with having a child, he does not want to go through
with this...

Lamaze breathing techniques by
Lev Lvovsky
Hello,
My wife and I are expecting our first son shortly (within weeks).
We'd taken a parenting class which had a Lamaze class rolled into it,
and it was horrible. Even though the class was 8 hours long, the
breathing techniques that the woman taught lasted for all of 30
minutes. I have all of...

Natural Treatments For Endometriosis by
[email protected]
Endometriosis is a medical condition where the uterus lining -
normally inside the uterus - develops on the outside of the uterus. As
you can imagine, anytime our body develops in a way it's not supposed
to, there are health complications ... sometimes serious.
In the case of endometriosis, the...
