Before I dump... by
xkatx

as the nurse I talked to sounded like she really was unsure.
I know the general rule of thumb for frozen EBM is 3 months in the freezer,
6 months in the deep freeze.
Should I...

Newborn advice please? by
Snugglemonster
When the DW and I brought our DS home we were feeding him about every
3 hours, sometimes 4.
She'd feed him for about 15-20 on one side, he would be sleepy during
the feed and sometimes stop, and it was suggested to her (at the
hospital) to stimulate him to wake him up to continue to feed....

Visit to the ped's office by
xkatx
We had an appointment for both the girls (DD1: 22 months, DD2: 7 months)
today at 1. I had to drag DS along as well, and it went, surprisingly,
pretty good this time.
Doc checked DD1 out. She's about 32" tall and about 25lbs (IIRC, I can't
remember exact numbers) she's doing pretty good. ...

multiple food allergies by
JJ
So, DS, who is now 10 months old, has been diagnosed as highly
allergic to milk, peanuts, eggs, wheat and soy. We have a good
allergist, and he commended me for BFing "so lomg" and said I should
keep it up as long as possible. Which is fine by me, but I have to
be on the same diet, and we've...

Is she getting enough protein? by
cjra
We're not really vegetarians, but DH is strongly opposed to giving DD
meat now. I'm trying to figure out what foods to give her to include
protein. She's 10.5 months, on 3 solids meals per day (most days), but
she doesn't eat a ton. Our menu looks like this:
B'fast - museli OR semolina OR mixed...
