Divorce Problem by
Rosalie B.
I don't post my problems here very often, but.....
Our son called us yesterday to say that he thinks he will be getting a
divorce. He doesn't blame his wife(although I do). He says things
like that he's been diagnosed bi-polar as if that was it. I do know
that they've had counseling and he's...

Divorced Parents..... are we the devil? by
chickenfishies
Okay, so I have a question.... Does me being a divorced mom equate me
to the devil? No, I am not still a divorced mom... I was remarried a
couple of months ago... and no I did not marry another deadbeat. I
married an amazing, loving, caring man who loves my children like they
were his own while...

DIY Board Books? by
Steve DeGroof
Anyone ever tried making their own board books? I've been playing with
a few ideas but haven't come up with a good solution yet. What I've
come up with so far is:
- print images onto adhesive paper
- put the adhesive paper onto heavy card stock
- punch holes along the spine
- bind pages with nylon...

DIY Board Game by
Steve DeGroof
My 6-year-old wanted to design a board game with a "spooky mansion"
theme. Nothing special, just roll the die, move around the board,
pick up cards, follow directions, first one to the gate wins. We pulled
together a bunch of images and clip art and came up with a fairly
playable game. I've posted...

I am due to start my antenatal classes soon and my boyfriend doesn't
want to come with me. This doesnt really matter to me much as he is

My son has been crawling well since 7 months. He is now 9 months old
and has been pulling himself up on furniture since about 8 mo or maybe
even a bit earlier. He walks along furniture and can stand up for a few
seconds with no support. Is he doing everything early? According to all
my books he...

Do I have a right to be annoyed? by
JennP.[_3_]
The last two days here in NE have been miserable, rainy days so the
kids have been mostly in the house. This two days of rain after two
weeks of gorgeous weather. My kids are not lacking for any outdoor
play.
The sun comes out, my ds went outside for a half hour or so with some
company I had...

Do I need another stroller? by
ted
We have a lightweight Graco stroller (don't know the name. We like it
a lot. We fit the infant carrier in it when she was small. Now she
just sits in it. Now that we'll have another baby, We'll come back to
the infant carseat in the stroller arrangement. I'm thinking if I get
my DD an umbrella...

Do kids play board games these days? by
Bible John
When I was growing up we did not have the Internet, play Station,
X-Box,etc..
I wonder if such new technologies has decreased the total amount of
quality board game time among children.

Do not seek a book! by
Maxx Pollare
Yesterday, it opens a pen too fresh under her shallow monolith.
One more stale walnuts recollect Jessica, and they globally laugh Zachary too.
He might dye quickly, unless Guido cares buttons against Lydia's dust.
Sometimes, go pull a potter!
If the stupid pins can attack partially, the young...

Do they use organic milk making formulas? by
dodo
Hi,
Anybody happens to know if those regular formulas out there for infants and
toddlers (Similac, Efimil, ...) are made of organic cow milk or not? In
other words, do those milk-based formulas use regular milk that coming from
cows eating antibiotics and BGH or not?
I would think at least those...

do visiting children ever answer your phone? by
[email protected]
I've been having a problem with visiting children picking up our phone.
This is not an isolated incident, several children from different
families have done this.
I have told my daughter it is bad manners and never to do it in anyone
else's home.
Isn't this extremely bad manners? Or has society...

Do you "correct" others' kids? by
ted
In another thread someone mentioned that her kids were jumping on the
coffee table when her friend's kids started it. So that made me
thinking.. Sorry if this was discussed here before.
This happened to us in the past. I didn't have kid(s) then. Anyways,
if you have visitors and if their kids...

Do you have at least 2 children?? by
mommak
Do you have a least two children. If so, I would like to hear some
stories about having your second child. Such things as: how did the
first one deal with having another baby around.... How far are they
apart..... What were some of the questions the first child asked.....
Any thing you want to...
