13 month old refuses to eat everything by
[email protected]
Hello, all,
I tried to post this message several hours ago, and although I got a
"Your message will appear in a few minutes" note from google, the
message never appeared, so I'm trying again. I appologize if this is a
double post for anyone.
Having said that, here is my situation:
My 13 months...

What is going on? by
[email protected]
My Son is 1 year old on Monday and has a variety of "strange" things
that he does.
- He has NO desire to stand. Has never put full support on his legs.
- Therefore won't pull himself to standing position.
- Won't crawl, if I place in on his hands and knees his knees slide out
to the side. Only...

11 month old SCREAMING baby--- What to do?!?! by
[email protected]
Hello,
My wife and I have an 11-month-old boy. About 2 months ago he started
to scream occasionally, which we thought was kind of cute. It was a
happy scream, or at least not a bawling-his-head-off unhappy scream.
Well, since then it has gotten so much worse that it is driving us
crazy. If we are...

"Normal" poos for a 15 months old? by
Engram
Not quite sure how to phrase this... LOL
My 15 month old DS does poos that are very runny. He's on a normal full diet
of solids with three milk feeds a day. I've heard that once kids are on a
"normal" diet their stools should be more solid rather than runny like those
of a smaller baby.
Are...

changing doctors by
Irrational Number
We are going to change Pillbug's pediatric neurologist.
I want to write a pretty harsh critique of the current
neurologist and let him know why we are changing. Is
there any downside to doing this?
My specific issues are that he is unwilling to give
an autism diagnosis before age 5, he...

math class from Hell (aka Banty's nightmare) by
bizby40
Okay, I take it all back. Well, not really, but at least I have
experienced the other side first hand now. I was volunteering in my
son's classroom today (though he wasn't in there -- another peeve),
and I was flabbergasted at what the teacher wanted them to do.
She gave them three sheets --...

toddler lost interest in chores by
[email protected]
My 3 year old likes to set the dinner table for us. she would put place
mats, take her and her sister's plates out of the dishwasher and take
two napkins (for her and sis). She did this every day for couple of
months. Now all of a sudden she doesn't want to do that anymore. When I
ask her every day...

Seven month old struggling with solids by
Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward
Hi,
I started introducing solids to my baby when she turned six months.
Initially she seemed thrilled to try something new and would happily
hum away as she was being spoon-fed. Now, at seven months, it seems
every meal when we serve solids is a struggle. The purees that she
used to like are now...

Toddler girl shirts which aren't onsies? by
Donna Metler
I have a rather small almost 2 yr old who is starting to do halfway decently
at toilet training, at least when she's wearing minimal clothes at home
(she's spent most of the last week or two in a 12 month sized t-shirt and
training pants). However, it's starting to get a bit chilly here for...

God's Children by

Where Have God's Children Gone
We would all like to believe in and promote the dignity of human life
because we think all humans are children of God. God gives them souls
with the decree that throughout their lives they act as children of
God.
