2 1/4 year old keeps taking off diapers by
Nina
Wow, that old and still in diapers? My kids both were reluctant to
wear them much after they turned about 20 months or so. My son used to
wander around the house bare bottomed. My solution was those thick
training pants, they are much more comfy to a kid than diapers
ESPECIALLY in the summer.
Let...

Thank you, Erin! Thank you also for spelling it out. I thought

Barbara (Circe) is doing well (cross-posted) by
Naomi Pardue
Keep those good vibes coming, and we'll keep you posted. I hope it
won't be long before she is on line to acknowledge your good wishes
herself.
I'm SOOO glad she's doing better. It must have been utterly terrifying for you
all.

Travelling with baby by
Nina
Normally babies are pretty quiet while driving, heck thats the best time. If
you time it right, the baby should sleep most of the trip with maybe one
feeding and diaper change. Since we are a military family, I had to do lots
of traveling with infants, its was never really a problem.

car seat/stroller bargain by
Dagny
My car seat options were determined by a super clearance at Target. The
Graco SnugRide "Milbrook" is $41.98 and the matching Cirrus Literider
stroller the car seat can snap into was $14.99. Had to run all over town to
find 2 car seats though. I did this after learning that the SnugRide base

I echo the suggestions for getting bf off to a good start.

UK advice a bit different by
[email protected]
Do I need to cut out alcohol?
You should drink no more than 1 or 2 units of alcohol, once or twice a
week.
A unit is half a pint of ordinary strength beer, lager or cider, a
small glass of wine or a single 25 ml measure of spirits.

Question about Sonogram by
Valerie Rake
Having just had an ultrasound/sonogram on Monday, I'd think being skinny
would speed the process up. Less of your tissue to see through to see
the baby. ;-)
