some questions about what I went through and why certain things
happened - I hope someone can advise me or relate to this experience.
Basically, I wanted it to be a drug/medical intervention free home

postnatal visitors by
Abi
Hi,
I recently gave birth to a baby girl (just under 2 weeks ago), and I
have had a hard time trying to fight off visitors. It started when I
had only been home from the hospital one hour and someone turned up
unannounced to see the baby. Then friends and family asked to come
over every day since...

Abi
Hi,
Are there any risks to taking paracetomol / tylenol during labour for pain relief?
Has anyone taken any other over-the-counter pain medications eg ibruprofen etc?

small for dates homebirth question by
Abi
Hi,
I have just been advised by my midwife that because my fundal height
has been consistently 2 to 3cm below what it should be for the last 4
weeks, that I may have a small baby (I am 31 weeks along). She then
said that if I was going to have a small baby then I couldn't have a
home birth - which...

questions to all those who have had home births - ever have any regrets? by
Abi
Hi all,
just some quick questions for all those who have given birth at home:
- did you regret it? There must be some people out there who didn't
have a good time of it.
- what did you do about pain relief? Was your method/s effective?
- Assuming you didn't have drugs for pain relief, how bad...

communicating with partner about having children by
Abi
Hi,
I just wanted to know from other ladies who have had kids - how did
you discuss when and whether to have children with your partner? Was
it you who came up with the idea first and then led the way into ttc
so to speak - or did your dh come up with the idea first? Was your dh
generally into the...

Losing Belly Fat by
[email protected]
I've tried about all the miracle fat burner pills out there. I wish
there was one that really could lose the belly fat for real. Has
anyone tried one that really works? (With PROOF please!) I'd like to
incorporate one into my routine-if it was safe and really worked.
So far I've only found that...

Errm.. Anyone around at this time? by
Adam
My wife is currently in labour. This is our first, so we're not really sure
what to expect. She had her first contractions about 2 hours ago, but they
*appear* to be quite regular now... not quite at the 5 mins stage, but
getting there...
Isn't that slightly quick? The midwife wasn't really...
