Hi All: I exclusively brestfeeding my 7 weeks old DD since born. Past 2 week I found that there are white spots on my nipple. A nurse told me that they are casued by plugged milk duct. Does anyone have a good way of clearing them? Will that cause infection if I leave them there? TIA
