Pay or BE paid to become a father by Chris
A man goes to a sperm bank for the SOLE purpose of becoming a father, and is actually paid for it. Yet a man who "deposits" the sperm directly and does NOT want to become a father has to pay rather than be paid for becoming a father against his will. What's up with that?

items to cover in parenting plan? by Paula
I'm wondering if anyone can give me ideas as to items that are generally covered in a parenting plan. Our DD is 4yo. So far I've got: (1) a decently outlined schedule for day-to-day (with provisions for normal deviations - sick, work, etc.) and for holiday split, (2) 50/50 split of out-of-pocket...

First they're stealing from us, now they are murdering us as well by John Meyer
http://www.thelancasternews.com/articles/2007/03/18/news/news01_inmate.txt A word to the Lancaster CSE: try to wash the blood off your hands before counting all that cash you've raked in. Don't worry, however; nobody will prosecute you, nobody will even hold you accountable for the job you...

Choice for Men Entertainment by Kingsley G. Morse Jr. (Delete the D)
KEEP YOUR PANTS ON! (ON ALL DAY, ON ALL NIGHT) (C) 1994-1995,2001 There are times when, as a man, I just have to hang my head between my knees and weep with joy when I contemplate my reproductive rights. We have no recourse or remedy in cases of accidental...

Child support is a woman's issue, NOW says by Kenneth S.
The following is a press release from the Virginia National Organization for Women. Note these elements: (1) NOW's open acknowledgment of the virtually one-way flow of so-called child support, from men to women. And while this press release says "88% of custodial parents in Virginia are...

I don't know how many of you remember the musical 1776 by John Meyer
This just leaps to my mind when I think of the debate over paternity fraud: John Dickenson: What's so terrible about being called an Englishman? The English don't seem to mind. Dr. Benjamin Franklin: Nor would I, were I given the full rights of an Englishman. But to call me one without those...

http://www.advertiser-tribune.com/News/articles.asp?articleID=7038 How long do you think this will last before they realize that they're going to have to start giving all these non custodial parents such things as "due process", "assistance of counsel", "the presumption of innocence". You...

Until the presumption of equally shared parenting time law is passed in your state, you can PUT A STOP TO HIGH CHILD SUPPORT PAYMENTS. by child support sux
I found a website that sells a book of valuable information to decrease your child support payment to the lowest possible amount. It worked flawlessly for me. They believe they can help anyone. I will tell everyone this: If the child support office didn't try to overcharge everyone, they would...
