Kind of OT - animal testing and kids by
firedancer623
I dont even know where to start but here goes.
We have a *huge* ferret & puppy mill right around the corner from our house.
I have been aware of it since we moved here, thought I was unaware until
recently just how large the facility is. They breed beagles for animal
testing and ferrets for both...

approval and friendship of this one little girl in her class who is also in
the extended care program with her. This girl is a "leader" (or "alpha")

How to prime kids to learn 3+ languages? by
[email protected]
Hi,
We're looking for methodologies and/or materials to prime child from 3
month of age for multiple language acquisition.
I remember being exposed to multi-language priming in first grade.
However I can't find any structured materials.
Now I'm raising my own son whom we'd like to prime for...

Aluminium in vaccines is 20-50 times safety levels by
john[_5_]

Babies that follow the recommended immunization schedule receive nearly
5000mcg (5mg!) of aluminum by 18 months of age. (Since some shot dates are
variable, babies may receive up to 1,4 75mcg of aluminum at their 12-month
or 15-month checkups!) Source:...

OT - Front-loading washing machine experiences? by
Cathy Weeks
Chris and I have so much stuff, that space is ALWAYS an issue, and
anything that will save us space is always appreciated. So when we
moved, and had to buy a new washer and dryer (the previous owners took
theirs with them) and deep freeze, we looked into buying a
frontloading washer/dryer that...

Thanks.

Yet another feeding question by

OK-- so after being *thoroughly* confused by the feeding advice I was
getting, I went ahead anyway :-)
The kidlets have been introduced to a new pureed food about every week: I
alternate between introducing a fruit and a vegetable and so far they seem
to like everything. They are also beginning...

fact that my husband is getting home from work much later now (almost 7pm), so
it's almost 8 pm before she's in bed so that she can spend...
