Cute Nursing Bras ~ Any Suggestions? by [email protected]
Hi Moms, I just found this group and thought you might have the answer. I've been nursing my second child for nine months now and realized I could use some new nursing bras. Unfortunately, it seems they haven't gotten much better since I was nursing my first child 2+ years ago. Does anyone have...

daddy not bonding with baby by ALanphear
My baby is 8 months old and has not bonded well with her daddy (my husband). When she was 4 months old we went to Canada for 5 weeks. My husband was supposed to join us for a week, but couldn't find his birth certificate and therefore didn't get to go. My little girl, Katherine, was doing fine...

Dairy ?: is it possible? by Brookben
My 11 month old has always shown sensitivities to dairy if I eat something (by oversight) that has dairy in it. BUT, she ate something with butter in it yesterday and seems perfectly fine. When I eat it, she has trouble sleeping, gets a butt rash, and eczema - but nothing happened when she ate...

dairy causing eczema? by Irrational Number
So, based on what I've read here (especially Phoebe's posts), I've decided to stop all dairy to see if that helps Pillbug's eczema. He has had mild eczema for awhile now, off and on. Last Friday I had a wisdom tooth pulled and the dentist said to eat a lot of calcium to rebuild the bone in the...

dairy problem by Rachel
Lauren seems to have developed a problem with me consuming cow's milk. FOr 7 weeks she had normal mustard yellow poop, and then overnight they became a smelly frothy green. I thought at first it was a foremilk/hindmilk imbalance, but after 2 weeks of green I didn't see how that was possible. So for...

dairy problems or just a fussy baby? by Molly Ging
How do you know if dairy is causing a problem with your baby? I see that a lot of people post here about it causing problems with their DD/S's and I am curious what prompted people to figure out that was the problem? DS has been very fussy lately and I think it is just a phase but how do I know? ...

Dairy products question by [email protected]
My DD is now 8.5 months old. We started solids about 1.5 months ago and it's going ok. She's not wild for it but eats pretty well, no allergies or aversions. Anyway I was wondering when it was OK to give her dairy products, like yogurt, cottage cheese and other cheeses? For some reason I have it...

Darn it by Mogget
I'm getting candida in my breasts again; I recognise those stabbing pains. Nipples are fine, and no evidence of thrush in my mouth or anywhere else. The big problem is that Spudulika obviously has it too; the last two days she has had the most awful intestinal wind; screaming until she farts. A...

darn nipple pain- help! by mike and dena
Well, Zachary is 2 mos old and still nursing like a champ, weighed 13lbs at his wbv! Yeah! Unfortunately, however, Sunday night my nipples started hurting. They feel raw, but don't look like anything is wrong with them. I thought it must be a yeast infection, and took diflucan to head it off...

Day and night meals mixed-up by sher
Before I went back to work, Aamon (3mo) nursed every 3-4 hours during the day and would go 5-6 hours between meals at night. This schedule was working great for everyone. However, since I've started back to work, he has switched his days and nights, and doesn't each much during the day. He takes...

Daycare update and iron question by cjra
DD has been in daycare a week now and is doing ok. She's definitely reverse cycling (ate for like 3 hours almost straight last night!) but she is taking a bottle at daycare - no more than 1-2ozs at a time, but enough to hold her over til I get there. My concern though is that she may be becoming...

DD is better! by CY
My DD is better now after almost a week of vomiting, diarrea and then ear and bladder infections. It was no fun. She is now incredibly clingly and whiny, and throws tantrums or cries at the drop of a hat. I do hope this is just because she doesn't feel good and it's not the terrible two's. It's...

DD must have something to hold by Linda
Just thought I'd share this - I find it rather amusing. DD 15 months is still keen to nurse often, but she must have something to hold. She'll ask to nurse, get very excited when I say ok, and then quickly run and grab something to hold while she nurses, ie a block, teddy bear, balloon etc.
