Camp by Kender
My girls want to go to a 6 night/seven day camp this summer (August). I am very hesitant to let them. They went to the camp last summer for one night/two days and complained that it wasn't long enough. They had a GREAT time! I have been trying to convince them to no avail to go to another camp here...

Vacuum Recommendation? by KimandJuan
Is anyone in love with their Vacuum. I am looking for a new one. I wanted to get a few ideas before I start shopping. I like one with a great suction and with a convenient hose and attachments. I would love to have a KIRBY but on the other hand... I also want to save for my children to go to...

FAO Megan by DeliciousTruffles
If you go to "user cp" then "edit options" you will find "Login, Cookies & Privacy" near the top. Play around with those settings. I did a search on "webTV" on the board and there seems to have been one person who was using it about a year or so ago. So I think you can but you just have to play...

Let's Pretend Pictures by DeliciousTruffles
Joshua and Katerina like to play pretend. Katerina thinks she is Princess Aurora and Joshua thinks he is Prince Phillip from the movie "Sleeping Beauty." The last picture, though, they switched roles. http://www.villagephotos.com/pubbrowse.asp?selected=826942 -- Brigitte aa #2145

comfortable in the sling? by Karen
This may be a dumb question...but today I put one of my girls (about 13 pounds) in an over the shoulder baby sling, b/c she was being so fussy. When I put her in and started walking around, she stopped fussing...but I must admit, she didn't exactly look happy - more like uncomfortable and smooshed....

The Disc Golf Twins turn 6 by Frisbee® MCNGP
Today's their big day, and I think it's the first time that they both get what a big deal a birthday really is. They've been looking forward to this day for weeks now. We bought five dozen cup cakes from a local grocery chain for their classmates (Kindergarten), and their Aunt, who is...

I don't think this is normal by Marie
I am stressed *all* the time. My jaw is sore from unconsiously clenching my teeth. I am irrationally angry at my husband--wanting to scream at him for the least little thing--and yet I know he is being really helpful. I feel guilty about feeling this way. I don't enjoy spending time with my...

Hello, I'm writing to ask for suggestions, for a family vacation in the spring. I've got two weeks off work in May, and while money is definitely 'tight', I'd like to do something interesting by way of a family vacation during my time off. What kinds of vacations did you take when your...

when is it time to 'give up' & co-bed? by Karen
It's me again with the children who don't want to sleep :) My question this time is this: at what point do you just give up trying to get your baby to bed and bring her in with you? Or should you never do that? My husband and I will work with the girls well into the wee hours if necessary. (Lay...
