How do you "meditate" by
ted
I agree that meditation is the best way to release stress. Now, if
only I can sit tight for two minutes :) I see people "meditating" and
releasing stress when they do things like knitting or gardening. It's
just a way to relax and unwind after a day's work.
What do you do that relaxes you?

ModernMiko
Well we went in for our genetic counseling (mainly to see the pros/cons of

nice and only thing that came up was my age at delivery. She explained why
they (the insurance really) consider 35 to be the magic cutoff for...

Pregnant 15 year old stepdaughter - I've had enough by
kathy
In a nutshell a child born to high school sweethearts
that turned sourhearts and never married after the child
was born. Mother has lived in resentment for years and
wallowed in her pity. Added about 100 lbs to her figure
and had low self-esteem. My husband on the otherhand quite
the opposite. In...

Ovulation by
Maggie Fox
Is there any way you can tell which side you are ovulating from? My right
tube is damaged but my left is fine. I have noticed that as my period is
due I have very slight niggling on my right side, does that mean I am
ovulating from there, or am I being way to simplistic??
