postpartum bleeding by
Piu
Hi all !!
I had an abortion through induced normal delivery at 29 weeks (the
baby's brain was malformed). I am 3 weeks 5 days postpartum now.
My bleeding was normal and gradually tapered down to a few drops after
3 weeks. My health visitor said it was all normal.
At that time, as I was feeling...

Sudden Change in Bowel Movements by
Zucca4
Very strange...DS, now a few days past his three month mark and exclusively
breastfed isn't pooping for a few days at a time. We're used to him going three
to four times daily and now nothing at all. He's in fine spirits, doesn't seem
to be in any discomfort., although a bit gassy. Dr. recommended...

1 yr old not interested in solids by
sharonx9
My baby girl will be 1 in about 2 weeks :-( The *problem* i'm having is
that she is not interested in solids hardly at all. She will take 2 - 3
bites of something before starting to spit it out and not take anymore. She
wants to nurse a lot. I don't mind the nursing but I really want her...

Canadian on-line source for Medela? by
DeliciousTruffles
I guess I'm not using the right key-words for a search but I can't find
a Canadian online source to purchase the "hands-free" attachment for the
Pump-in-Style.
Does anyone know of a source?

Very odd question by
CY
It occured to me this evening that I want to write a Living Will. It sounds
silly but I have a shockingly bad headache with nausea and I always gets
scared that I will get hospitalized and my daughter won't be able to get to
me. It's just a headache, but sometimes I panic!!
Anyway, I wondered if...

Another night nursing situation by
Dagny
Meg (4 mos) has gone from nursing every 2-3 hours at night to one, about 4
hour sleep and then up every hour to nurse back to sleep thereafter. Let me
know if there's something I can do, from your experience, to get more sleep
without being disrespectful of her needs? I don't mind nursing every...

FAO Laurie by

You may have posted an update that I didn't see, but I thought I'd ask
anyway. How is the issue with Christopher hardly nursing? Have things come
around, or is he still having problems? What did the doctor say?
Just wondering, since DD is still having issues . . .

First time eating out for Koby by
All4meUC
Hi there. I can't beleive Koby is over 6 months old now! We went out to eat,
just the two of us, for the first time today. We went to Olive Garden and Koby
sat in one of their highchairs. What a long way he has come from having to be
cradled in my arms while trying to inhale a meal. I took along...

best way to stop night feeds? by
teapot
Moo is nearly 9 mths old and sleeps like this - in bed at 6ish, awake
for snacks at 8, 10 and a big feed at midnight. Then its up at 2, 4
and 6. On good nights he will go 3 hours without milk. Writing it
down I can see why I am so knackered :-)
He is eating solids pretty well now, 3 meals a day...

Dummies by
Linz
I always said we wouldn't be giving YoungBloke a dummy. For a start I
have always been happy to feed him whenever he wanted, and anyway, he
found his thumb pretty quickly so he was happy with that.
Until recently, that is, when he's wanted to put anything he can find
into his mouth, but no matter...

I'm soooo broody! anyone else? by
Andrea
Kamron is almost 9 months old now, and the urge to get pregnant again is
strong!
I think it's because my kids are all 18-22 months apart, so my fertile time
has started.
Anyone else got the bug yet? ;o)
I often wonder if my biological clock ticks a little faster with early
menopause running in...

OT blood clotting by

does anyone know anything about this?
I've mentioned on here before that we have taken Nathanael for tests in

tests for clotting took longer than it should...

A call for help! (co-sleeping research needed) by

I found out at my LLL meeting tonight that the SIDS taskforce in town is
mounting an effort to have co-sleeping deemed a hotlineable offense (i.e.
you can be reported to the Division of Family Services *Child Abuse* hotline
for co-sleeping with your baby!). Anyway, as a...

I was starting to feel a little hurt that you all had ignored my posts

Resources for Sleep Advice by

First, thanks to those who gave me advice on getting some milk frozen
in anticipation of returning to work. I've set up the pump in the
nursery and I have been finding a few minutes here and there while DS
naps or DH plays with him, to pump some, and get some stored up.
My new question is...
