Rib cage size after pregnancy? by
Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward

Judging by the way I no longer fit into my old clothes, mine seems to
have expanded, and the tip of the sternum sticks out a little when I'm
lying down, which it didn't use to do before.
I'm four and a half months post-partum and wondering...

Short femur - I'm worried! by
Kimberly
I am 23 to 24 weeks pregnant and I just got the results of my
anatomical sonogram from two weeks ago. My doctor told me that they
want me to have it done again in 7 to 10 days because the femur length
was showing relatively shorter then all the other measurements (minus
1 1/2 to 2 weeks shorter). ...

In which we already know
the sad ending
The story begins with a high AFP reading at 16 weeks and a diagnosis

What do you *not* need? by
Donna
A twist on the "what do I need for my baby" threads that have been popping
up lately.
For those who are going into subsequent pregnancies... what did you think
you would need the first time around, that you ended up not using?
For me, my list would be something like:
bottle drying rack (just...

I want another baby.... by
Jill
soooooooooo bad! I plan to wean Rachel when she is 1 if she hasn't already
weaned herself. I figure by 1 at the latest, she will be on enough solids
and able to have cow's milk. I don't want to wean her when she will have to
have formula, so a year is fine by me. She has never been sick yet, knock...

Why are new cars missing car seat LATCH for rear middle seat???? by
Paula
Hi - just wondering if anyone out there has a vehicle with the car
seat LATCH in the middle seat? Seems like a lot of the auto
manufacturers included a tether hook for the middle seat, but only put
the LATCH anchors on the side seats.
I think this is ridiculous!!!! Isn't it common knowledge that...

I just had a pretty fair sized arguement with my DH and don't really
have anyone to vent to at the moment so I thought I might use this
venue. anyway, Dh came home and said that he needed to send his boss
an email (I had just told him that I had a bad afternoon with DD and

No fluid/20 week induction update by
Emily
Hi,
We saw the perinatologist this morning. She was very kind,
and took lots of time with us and answered all of our questions.
We took another look at the baby on the u/s and saw absolutely
no fluid this time. It seems that (on top of everything else,
and probably not unrelatedly) I'm leaking...

Today I got a package in the mail. I was kind of excited because I never
get packages in the mail, then I opened it and saw it was baby related so
that was great too. Till I opened it and discovered a container of formula.
How do they even get my address?? I'm not planning to use it so I guess...
