Richmond soon and we are canceling our internet service. I am hoping that
we will be able to get the news groups with our new provider.
I enjoyed being on this board and going to miss everyone. Sorry if I missed
any post to...

Anne Rogers
so I went to see the OB, initially was weighed and had my BP done, I was
happy to step on the scales having not done so for several weeks, up a tiny
bit, but I was wearing clothes, I usually weigh first thing in the morning,
naked and after I've been to the loo, so overall I think that comes to...

Transverse Baby by

Has anyone else got a baby who is transverse?
I am 28 weeks now and my baby has been transverse ( lying side to side)
during my whole pregnancy.
I cant seem to find anyone else who has had this happen.
Also my placenta is frontal and to the left side which means it is harder

Not Cheerios but close.. by
Jill
Rachel feeds herself those Gerber star-shaped puffs that are very much like
Cheerios- they are banana flavored and she loves them. The first one I ever
gave her, she put in her mouth and chewed. She looks like she is chewing
tobacco like my grandfather used to do! And she finally has 2 teeth- she...

19 week checkup and Sonogram by
Jenn
19 week checkup was bad, I heard the baby's heartbeat and got the heart

first trimester. I have to go back in 2 weeks and he wants me to gain
atleast 2lbs. I'm eating but not as much as I did with my first and
not sure how to...

Husband's tolerance of morning sickness by
anyone4tea
Hi guys,
Did anyone else have problems convincing their husband that morning sickness is, indeed, real and isn't all in your head???
He seems sure that I'm imagining it all...
I haven't actually vomited (thank goodness).

m/c or loss statistics by week (prev loss ment) by
Emily
Hi folks,
I've heard that a surprising large percentage
of (known) pregnancies end in miscarriage, and
that the risk of miscarriage is highest in the
first trimester. It would seem surprising that
that the risk is even throughout the first trimester
and then suddenly changes in the second. ...

Hi to everyone: I haven't been reading or posting really at all since

story. I hope I didn't tell it already since my short-term memory is
shot these days due to sleep deprivation.

Moses Baskets-yes or no by
Kelly
I think recently moses baskets were discussed, but of course I do not
recollect all the discussion. We are still deciding an alternate sleeping
arrangement in our room for the baby (aside from our bed) and think a moses
basket would be handy. For those that used one, did your baby like it...

Normal amount of bleeding after birth? by
NotMyRealName
Can anyone tell me what is a normal or typical amount of bleeding after
birth? I'm not talking about how long lochia lasts; I'm talking about the
immediate blood loss after the birth. My chiropractor (who is a
homebirthing client of my midwives) happened to ask me yesterday if I bled a
lot after...
