SMB
Hello! I have 5 month old b/g twins. They sleep in the same room in
seperate cribs. They also sleep on their tummies now. They spend all night
& nap time flipping to their backs...waking themselves & each other up &
it starts off as talking. Within 5 minutes it is screaming & they can't go
back to...

Kissing / Belly Buttons by
Buck Turgidson
Two separate questions:
Our 20-month twin boys like to kiss each other. They didn't start
spontaneously, we taught them. Just wondering if other parents notice kids
having an affinity towards kissing.
2nd question is if kids go through a navel discovery period, where they're
suddenly very...

Food Intolerance? XPost by
Kender
My daughter Morgan is 7 and once and awhile she will vomit during the night
while sleeping. Obviously the act of throwing up wakes her up. We are trying
to figure out what is going on and will consult our doctor but thought I
would ask if anyone has had a similar experience. This happens about once...

One, Two, Three by
Cindy Wells
This morning's paper included the following article:
http://morningsun.net/stories/071104/reg_20040711045.shtml
This local family has triplets on the way and already have a singleton and
twins. (Many years ago, my mom considered her own odds for that family
combination.)

double strollers by
Rob
Hi Everyone,
We are looking for a good double stroller for our twins. We want one
that is side by side, rather than front and back, and we also want some
storage racks on it for when we go shopping. Does anyone have any
suggestions? What ones do you use and what do you like/dislike about
them?...

Exciting News!! (well, to me it is) by
multimom4
Had a playdate for E and C with two more (different) boys from school -- had
a blast (I ended up playing with them myself as they were all being so NICE
and playing so well). Not a tantrum in sight. Noone told me our toys are
boring. Can't believe my luck.
No, don't worry, I don't now think I...

when is it time to 'give up' & co-bed? by
Karen
It's me again with the children who don't want to sleep :)
My question this time is this: at what point do you just give up
trying to get your baby to bed and bring her in with you? Or should
you never do that?
My husband and I will work with the girls well into the wee hours if
necessary. (Lay...

Looking for twins frame by
Cindy Senger
Hi, everyone!! Before I had my girls, I received a wooden picture frame with
sayings about twins on it. It says, "Twins share a special world that is a
wonderful, magical place where your best friend grew up under the same roof..."
Anyway, I have a friend who is pg with twins and I would love to...

Thumb sucking *Solution*! by
Seth Jackson
Our 4 year old girl, Mariel, has been a hard-core thumb sucker since
she was 2 months old. When we took her for her first dental checkup,
the dentist said she was already developing a bad overbite, and we
needed to stop the thumb sucking. Easier said than done, right?
The dentist provided us...

Present question revisited by

Evan has been invited to a party for twins in his preschool. Obviously I
will get them each a gift but here's the snag. They also have a sister who
is exactly one year younger and they invitation has her name on it too. (It
says the party is for Faith, Sara and Emma). Should I send a gift for...

I have a quick question, my husband and I are expecting twins in December

that worked best for your babies? There are so many to choose from and I'm
having a hard time deciding on which kind to use. Thank...

scary then, funny now. by
middletree
Today, while I was at work, my wife Beth (I guess I'm supposed to say DW,
right?) took our boy (our twins turn 2 next Thursday) outside to put some
mail in the mailbox. Our girl, Abby, locked the door, from the inside. This
freaked Beth out, as she couldn't get to Abby, and was locked outside...

Hi! I am in coastal NJ, Monmouth County to be exact, and we are one of
the counties that is getting major warnings, but they are calling them
"Tropical Storm" warnings, not hurricane. I guess they think that it
will calm down a bit before it gets here.
I am 7 blocks from the ocean and it has been...

A different ? about potty training (I hope) by
frood
Hi! I'm glad to see so many familiar names here - it's been a long time
since I've been here. Some of you may remember me as "frood" with twin frat
girls, who are almost 3, that I refer to as Giles and Spike (not their real
names, but what I call them online).
Anyway, I read the google archives to...
