do you ever feel your baby hiccup in your belly? Hi, everybody? I am new here and I have a question for you: my doctor and the things I read through the internet say that baby can hiccup in your belly. Ok, but I feel her many times a day, up to 5 or 6 times a day it feels like I had a timer bomb...

Odent on forceps (also: midwives 'prisoners of protocol') by Todd Gastaldo
FREE ASSOCIATION OBSTETRIC EMERGENCY! (PROF. YOUNG, see below) In ACOG's Shoulder Dystocia Drill video, American MDs purport to tell each other how to allow birth canals to open maximally when shoulders get stuck - which means MDs know they are CLOSING birth canals most of the time. The kicker is...

Baby gets sick- tips? by Jill
I need mom tips in regards to infants and sickness. My nephew just turned 2, which is not an infant, but this is what happened. He's in daycare and it is common, well it seems to me that he sure does get sick a lot but I think all kids do when it passes around...so he gets fevers and stomach upsets...

odd pain vent by Vicky Bilaniuk
Warning: there is absolutely no point to this post. It's just a whiney vent. I don't complain in real life, except occasionally to DH (but I just tell him what's wrong, rather than whine about it), and right now I just need to whine away to a bunch of people I've never seen before. ;-) Sigh......

Hello everyone! I've been off mkp for a few months -- computer died, went on vacation, the holidays came upon us, just plain busy, etc. But it's good to be back! :-) Eamon's going to be 3 next month. 3! I can hardly believe it. We're on the verge of considering him potty trained. :-) We...

pressure on bladder at 14.5 weeks? by Vicky Bilaniuk
For at least a couple of weeks, now, I've been feeling pretty serious pressure on my bladder. I thought that that was supposed to level off for the second tri, and then come back in the third? It's been bad enough so that it makes it a little, um, interesting to walk. ;-) I'm not in any pain...

34 weeks by Shena Delian O'Brien
I'm 34 weeks this week and I think I've gone bonkers. LOL I've had to apologize to DH several times this last week over how out of character I've acted. I've been highly emotional, annoyed at everything, and worry like nobody's business over the tiniest little things. I have nervous, exhausted...
