Tracy
Here's the situation... my husband's ex wrote a check out for CS for the
month of August _after_ she was notified by the state they are withholding
CS via garnishment. Therefore she double paid for this month. Since my
husband agreed to give her 10 or the 12 CS payments back to her, she wanted

Reflections on good and evil by
Lorenzo
My name is Lorenzo Crescini and I'm Italian. These "Flashes on Good
and evil" reflect the same mood characterizing the Flashes on the Holy
Gospels and Turin's Holy Shroud I wrote in Africa: making myself
useful to our Lord Jesus Christ.
I will start by quoting the best Prayer to Jesus I've ever...

What a Nice Visit! by
Gini
My stepdaughter just left after flying up here with her fiance for a 4 day visit
(yeah, we bought the tickets--so nice to be able to hand it to her instead of
her mother :-). We hadn't *seen* her in years and I didn't know what to expect
having been through the CS nightmare with her mother (who...

The Latest Neocon Lies by
election2004
http://bushlies.no-ip.org
The latest neocon lie involves Kerry's use of the word 'sensitive' to describe
the war on terror. Once again, his remarks have been taken completely out of
context. In fact, the same argument Cheney is making about Kerry, Edwards could
easily make about Bush. Bush did a...

MSNIJ123
My question is this. Can the payee be forced to pay back child support payments
to the payer if the payee( through a state run child support coleections
agency) is continuing to recieve payments past the childs 18th birthday (which
was the cut off date in the original support order)?

CS laws in Michigan by
Zimm
I found a CS formula on the State of Michigan web site. It even has a
thing to help you calculate what cs might be.
I had to look around for it - found it under Friend of the Court Bureau.
Perhaps your state has something similar.
Here is the link: ...
