Help please, biting crisis by
~gwyn
I'm so close to the end of my rope. DS is almost 15 months and is on
a biting rampage. My nipples are raw and sore, he's drawn blood and
they haven't had a chance to recover. He's teething, again and I know
that his biting gets worse when he is but jeez. I'm assuming he's
going to be teething...

The Very Hungry Caterpillar Goes to the Fair (and the Pediatrician) by
Phoebe & Allyson
Our get to know you visit with the potential new
pediatrician was less than a mile from the fair, and I'd
picked up free passes to get in today (opening day), so we
had a very full evening.
New pediatrician was referred to us by a lot of sources -
she was featured in a newspaper article on the use...

Sleepy baby by
AlenasMom
Alena and I are both fighting colds. I'm doing it by being miserable and
hot. She's doing it by sleeping. I'm having to wake her up to eat. She's
had 6 wet diapers so far today, and we'll be up for another 3 hours or so,
meaning she'll make it to 8 before the night's out.
But she's really lazily...

Leann and Donald
I got my period back Sept. 15th. DD was 11 months. My period was just like
it's always been in the past. My questions is, is your period directly
related to how often you nurse once you get it back. In other words, if I
nurse dd more than usual one month after having nursed her less than...

Is it safe to use this "all purpose remover" while nursing? by
Sara
We just had new tiles put down in the kitchen, and the guys who did it
didn't do the neatest job. Our landlady gave us a bottle of "Oops! The
All Purpose Remover," and it does a great job of getting the adhesive
off the the tiles. The contents are nasty, though:

co-sleeping issues / advice on sidecars by
Heather
Hello,
I know co-sleeping is discussed here a lot. I have some specific
questions that I can't find answers to in the archive. Here's the
situation:
DS is nine months old and has been mostly co-sleeping. We have a crib
right next to the bed but he rarely sleeps in it. He usually falls
asleep...

Domperidone by
Keh
Hi all
I am presently taking DPD because I am BFAR. I went to ihealthnz.com to
reorder, and can't find it anywhere on the site. Does anyone know where to
order this (I am in US, so it isn't available to me here for lactation,
anyway)?
Thanks in advance

can I mix any other liquid in cereal? by
ted
My dd (6.5 mo) wants variety. Now she suddenly decided she doesn't
want to eat cereal anymore. Can I mix anything else in it other than
breast milk in cereal? There's only 50% chance that she'll eat it so
I've been throwing it away half the time. She used to eat lot of
cereal until couple of weeks...

I did. I read the basic material and didn't find anything alarming. I

My best friend has just had a bad bout of mastitis and is trying to get her
supply back to normal without risking engorgement. (Her DD is roughly 12
weeks old ... but very small as she was 5 weeks premmie and with IUGR). My
friend isn't a big eater (thin as a rake) and so hasn't...
