teenager breaking curfew by
Tony
G'morning.
I just joined this group looking for some advice. My ex-wife & I have
joint custody of my teenage daughter who just turned 18 this past
week. Sometime last fall, she broke curfew at my place & I punished
her accordingly. Now she's broken curfew at her mom's. My ex-wife
wants to punish...

mixed nudity in East German schools? by
Pamela Mills
I posted this a few days ago in another news group hoping someone there
might be able to add something to the story or tell me that my coworker
has been pulling my leg. I've searched google but didn't really find much
information one way or the other there either.
I have a coworker who moved here...

Newborn Acne?? Scabs?? by
Adrian
Hello,
Our 2 month old has had baby acne for the last 3 weeks. The acne has
appeared to stop, but her forehead and scalp have turned into a scabby
mess.
I know baby acne is common, but I never about the scabby after-effect.
Is that normal too?
Thank you,

Teenage daughter missing school bus. by
bizby40
Hi everyone,
This post is for a friend with a 14YO daughter. Her daughter consistently
misses the school bus. She's already missed it 3 times this week. Her mom
wakes her up in plenty of time, but then she either doesn't get out of bed,
or gets out but messes around, or whatever. I get the...

snappy comeback needed (venting, too) by
Anonymama
One of the many issues I'm dealing with right now, as we try to figure
out why my three-year-old has ADHD-type behavior, is other parents. I'm
really, really, really tired of disapproving glares and unsolicited
advice from strangers. I try to let it roll off my back, but sometimes
-- especially if...

Heck, yes!
Is there any downside to it?
I can't think of any. It's superior nutrition, plus it's totally
convenient and economical. You might even enjoy it. It takes some

Obsessive behavior in 4 year old by
Michelle Spina
Hi All,
We've got a problem that has been escalating for a while now. First, a
bit of history: for the last, oh, two years or so, James and Daddy
have a Saturday ritual that involves going to the toy store where
James picks out a toy. These have often been things that exist in a
collection like...

Why have kids? by
Mike
Hello All,
I am 37 years old and have never wanted children. My loving hubby of 5
years agreed to no children when we married. Now after over 5 years of
marriage, he is beginning to rethink his position. Specifically, he is
concerned about what our life will be in our 50's/60's/70's when we...

Ferber method the right thing? by
Nickysmom
We decided to "Ferberize" our 5 months old son but after 3 days we are questioning our choice.
Our baby had some issues going to sleep before which is why we decided to do the method - I realized I was essentially nursing him to sleep or one of us had to sing or rock him to sleep most of the time....

Can anyone recommend a good flash card program? by

I'm looking for something that has:
1) ability to ask cards that are missed more often,
and cards they know less often over time
2) online community, so we can download cards if
someone has already created them
3) support for small graphics (for instance, if I want

part. I've been taking Zoloft for 2 years- though I'm...
