Students increasingly being arrested for school offenses by Doan
He is also a "never-spanked" boy! ;-) It is useful to have him argue for the anti-spanking zealotS' side. Doan On 7 Jan 2004, Fern5827 wrote: Kane has some problems with violent, abusive verbiage, impulse control, and anger management.

Disgusting (d-posted) by Ali's Daddie
X-posted I am so mad at our local police department. I just saw a news story saying that there will be a little more than double the amount of police coverage tonight. Then, the chief of police (or whatever the boss is called) said that at the stroke of midnight, all the police that are not on a...

throwing blocks by Sara
Ollie (14 months) got a great set of wooden blocks for Christmas from his Mormor. We both like playing with them, but after a few minutes he starts throwing them. He doesn't throw them at me; he throws them at the floor, but it's still annoying. Any suggestions on how to get him to stop? I've tried...

Milk and toddlers by Shelley W.
I remember reading that when, at a year, you switch from formula to cow's milk, whole milk is recommended and that is what I've been giving him. At what age can they go to a lesser fat milk. DS turns 2 very shortly, should he stay on whole milk or can he switch to 2% which my husband drinks, or...
