Is anyone premature grey? by chiam margalit
OK, I'm paranoid. But DD, age 11, has been getting stray grey hairs for several years now. Usually only one or two on her head any any given time, but they're there, and I can't understand why. I didn't go grey until my late 40's, her father didn't get salt and pepper until he was almost 50, my...

Gatorade for Toddlers by cloud nine
1.) Is Gatorade okay for a 2.5 year old to drink? I was thinking of the electrolytes (sp?). 2.) Would it be "better" than drinking fruit juices? Or are they about the same as far as sugar content? I have a huge water drinker but would like to give him something different on occasion. Thanks!

My DD, who will turn 1 in a couple of weeks, is a big pincher (hard) and puller of hair (hard). It's getting so bad that I dread situations where we'll encounter other children, especially younger ones. I have tried using her hands to pat gently, praising her and saying things like "nice! gentle...

Stroller covers by laurie
Does anyone have one of those weather tight plastic covers for their stroller? Is it worth it? We're dealing with VERY cold temperatures (0-20 degrees F during the warmest part of the day) and 3 feet of snow on the ground here; I'd love to go out for a walk, but it's awfully cold. I was wondering...

I grew up without my father-the **** left before I was born. And I must say I am 100% fine, completely well adjusted and have no problems with the situation. All these "fatherless" kids will be fine, and if they're not the problem can't simply be dumped at them having no father-that's a cop...
