Best time to have a baby. Not too hot and not too cold. Morning sickness fading? Had a scan yet-is it twins?

Ridiculously Slow Nipples by [email protected]
I have bought 4 different types of nipples for my son: Playtex Slow, Playtex Variable, EvenFlo and Gerber. All four of them seem to be too slow for my 5-day old. I'm afraid that he expends so much energy sucking that he falls back asleep before he's had a full meal. Just now, for example, it...

death of usenet? by alath
I know a major reason I have been using it less and less is the proliferation of fanatics. Just about every topical area, it seems, inspires a small number of slavering monomaniacs who are utterly intolerant of any disagreement, and respond to any question with a 52 page post of ranting and...

Pregnancy & Tubal ligation by endless_spice
Hi, this is my first timing doing this so I hope that I am doing it right. I had a tubal ligation done in November of '01. Which I totally regret for a number of reasons. In June of '06 I ended up pregnant, which of course was a total shock. Come to find out though it was a molar pregnancy(I...

low lying placenta (29weeks) by Karen Humble[_2_]
I was told at my 22 week scan my placenta was low and partially over my cervix but not to worry as it should move up as the PG progresses. Today, my 29 weeks scan shows it still in the same position and my OB wants to see me in 3 weeks to check it again. I've been advised that if I see any...

Now this is something I should know... by Elle
How do you measure the length of a contraction? When people refer to "3 minutes apart lasting 30 seconds" does that mean 3 minutes from the start of one to the start of another or 3 minutes from the end of a contraction to the beginning of another? Thanks! Elle
