weaning from pacifier by
Anna Ashleson
Aloha,
I can tell you from personal experience, the pacifier is BAD NEWS. Get rid
of it. The sooner the better. So he cries a little. If he has you trained at
15 months to give him his hearts desire, I'd hate to see what's to come for
both of you. Put your foot down, get rid of ALL pacifiers, and...

Safe, even for babies!
Thought I'd let this group know about using Waterfall D-Mannose to clear up and prevent urinary tract infections. A lot of women and children are still unnecessarily suffering from the effects of antibiotics, and their sometimes deadly side effects.
Fact: Waterfall...

Palate expander and nausea by
Anne
My 9YO daughter had a palate expander put in last Wednesday. She
immediately felt nauseated. She vomited that evening and a couple of
times on each of the next two days. She was able to eat during the
time when she didn't feel nauseated. She hasn't vomited since Friday,
but she wakes up
nauseated...

Not walking yet by
anon
Hello,
I have another question.
Our baby is 14 months old and is not walking yet. She was born 7 weeks
early.
She is cruising, but has been for about 2 - 3 months, she crawls very
well and seems to have very coordinated movement and muscle tone.
Should we be worried that she is not walking yet?

Do you give your baby a Vitamin D supplement? by
Anonymous User[_3_]
Our pediatrician has told us to give our baby a Vitamin D supplement but that goes against the grain when you're breastfeeding exclusively. We want to avoid anything 'artificial' in the first 6 months. Now, we're wondering how much sun exposure is required to produce Vitamin D whilst still being...

Hello,
My son (close to 5 years) had adenoidectomy on Friday. His
temperature, less than 102 degrees, can be relieved by pain medicine.
Also his neck stiffness is still persistent. Our concern is that after
3 days, he still needs the pain medicine to relieve temperature. No
antibiotics are...
