Cystic Fibrosis test? by
Sophie
I had my first appointment today, doing all the paperwork, and one of the
papers was a consent form to be tested to see if I'm a carrier of CF. I did
not have this test with my last pregnancy (2001).
When did they start doing this, and why?
I did not sign the form. I will wait till my next...

26-week appointment/birth plan stuff by
Naomi Rivkis
Well, most of the 26-week appointment went fine. I'm not having
intestinal glitches anymore (for the moment). I survived my glucose
test without throwing up, though I won't know the results for a while
yet. I got a flu shot, which I'd wanted from the time I found out they
were safe during pregnancy...

kelty kids kangaroo (carrier) by
pcb
Has anyone bought this product? What do you think of it? Is the navy
really navy? I've been looking at some websites that carry it and they
give two color choices, cobalt and navy, and the navy looks very similar
to cobalt to me. Has anyone seen it IRL?
Thanks.

How common is induction? by
cathy
Just a curiosity.
At my appointment for my NST(twin pregnancy) I asked the nurse some
questions. Basically I am shocked that so many people--strangers
mostly--are asking if my Dr will "let" me go to 40 weeks (I'm 36 now and
yes I am uncomfortable but I figure if they were supposed to be on...

RE Just wondering: How old..etcetera by
Stephanie J
Hi all
Interesting how the OP had her kids at the same ages (and associated
with the same relatives) as I had my first four..I posted these things
as an answer to a similar thread a few years back. Too bad she doesn't
have the last 3 to add on, it would complete the set. It's always a
fun thread...

Poll- what makes you excited? by
Jill
What makes you the most excited about being pregnant or about the idea of
having/wanting kids etc?
For me, when I have a sonogram I get so excited and speechlessI forget
everything else. Also, I get really excited about newborn clothing, and the
smallest size shoes- the smaller the clothing and...

Hi everyone, I just thought I would introduce myself. I am Cathy, mother

clucky again! So I think we are officially going to TTC again! Last time
was easy - check mucous, try for 2 months - et voila! As yet though...
