Baby's eating by
.oO rach Oo.
Holly is feeding really well and gaining nicely. She is now taking 150 ml
per serving usually. My question is, does it ever even out where they start
taking a set amount or will it just keep increasing until she is on solids?

Ticking biological clock no longer just for women
Gentleman, the biological clock may toll for thee, as well. New
findings released yesterday by separate American and French research
teams indicate that a man's age can compromise his fertility -- a
concern that has long plagued women.

Historical perspective on childbirth by
Chris
My mother passed away this past fall and my father has taken to
emailing all of his children a daily "journal" so that he can share
with us what has gone on during his day. I found the entry he wrote
for my oldest sister's birthday an interesting comparison to how my
husband and I approached...

So, we're thinking about trying for #6 within the next year (would do
it now but I am going to Weight Watchers and trying to be a whole lot
thinner before getting a whole lot fatter again!). Because I am
dieting, I want to make sure I am full of all the right nutrients
before I do this again. I...

Finding a Birth Injury Lawyer by
hot.jesse
Prepared Presentations on Camera
Often the best way to find a lawyer of any type is to get personal
referrals. Talk to people you know that have been through the same
situation you have. You can meet people at support groups and they
might be able to refer you to a great birth injury lawyer. A...

Not like being touched? by
xkatx
Lately, I've found that I don't like people touching me. I feel like I'm
being swamped with people touching me, and it seems to bother me a lot.
I've still 5-6 weeks left to go, and I didn't start to mind the "Ooh! Does
the baby move??" followed immediately with people touching my stomach. ...

VENT: post-dates by
Elizabeth H Bonesteel
I am whining, and I know it, so feel free to skip. ;-)
My "official" EDD, .sig notwithstanding, was actually 5/18 (this came from an
ultrasound I had at 9-1/2 weeks; my original EDD based on LMP was 5/16, so
given that I know when I ovulated I was probably due 5/20 rather than 5/22;
but I...

Am I the only September mom left?? by
Carlye
Are there any other September EDDs left out there? There were a
bunch, but some (Robin T, for one, I can't remember the others)
haven't posted in a while, and I'm feeling a little lonely at the top
(or bottom, depending on your perspective) of the expectant mother
heap.
Say 'hi,' if you're out...

Another reason to avoid C-sections if not vital... by
L.A.
Hi all...
I was listening to a radio documentary today that was all about women
in Surrey B.C., who had c-sections at the general hospital there.
Thirteen of them in the space of a few months got terrible staph
infections that led to various consequences from long-term antibiotic
use to sterility....

Passing the time.... by

So here I am on CD26 of my first TTC cycle and the wait is starting to get
to me! 'Normally' my non- bcp cycle is around 21 days. I came off depo
last year and found if I was even hours late taking a BCP I started to spot.
Even when I stopped taking them, forgot to pick up the scrip on time,...
