Two year old Baby dies 5 days after MMR jab ... High fever aftershot
 

Sadly, this child had pneumonia and gastroenteritis (an infection of the
digestive tract). The child also had electrolyte abnormalities, which
may have been caused by the gastroenteritis.

Congratulations on getting the number of days correct.
