"MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Prosecutors said Wednesday they won't file charges against a woman arrested after police found three
of her 11 children hiding in an abandoned house and claiming they were afraid to go home because she beat them.

Deputy District Attorney Bob Donohoo has said after the initial reports were investigated that the facts ''do not point
to what was first being alleged.''

He confirmed Wednesday that no charges would be filed."

Great - So if that is really the case, and not some DA weaseling out of a
difficult prosecution to avoid claims of racial discrimination, how about
filing formal charges against this woman's children? It was this woman's
older children who helped their younger siblings "escape" from their
mother's alleged pattern of abuse. Shouldn't the older children be
prosecuted for their role in filing a false police report?

The facts apparently do not point in that direction either. Perhaps the
facts point in different directions depending on who is asking and why.

Meanwhile Entwhistle is doing a bang-up job of making all fathers look
like assholes. Way to go, creep.

Perhaps - what punishment would you recommend for a 9 year old or a 6-year old?

I was thinking more along the lines of the older children, aged 17-20, who
helped their younger siblings find the location where they were found and
transported them there. They were the ones who spoke up for the younger
children and gave the initial abuse reports credibility.

BTW - What is your theory on how the children got bruises and scars on their
backs, buttocks, and faces? If it wasn't the mother who caused those
injuries, who did it?

Well...... except that there isn't enough information available to know who said what to whom - the children were found
in a building close to the girlfriend/boyfriend of one of the siblings, if I recall correctly?

BTW - What is your theory on how the children got bruises and scars on their

According to some of the available information, at least some of the marks appear to have been caused by a former
daycare provider, if the information is correct.

I'm not going to play the game of blaming someone without enough information to go on.

But keep in mind - most kids end up with some bruises and scars before they're all grown up :-)
