The lower courts have spoken; the Supreme Court of Texas has spoken. Yet
the quasi-dictatorial government agency, the Texas Child Protective
Services, defies the courts to impose 'their' own brand of 'law.' On
March 29, Texas State Police armed with assault rifles, attacked,
without cause, the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter
Day Saints and forcibly removed 416 children. What is considered
kidnapping in Texas? Doesn't the Bill of Rights apply to all citizens?

In Dec. 15, 1791, the Bill of Rights was adopted by the U.S. Congress
guaranteeing citizens fundamental rights of religion, assembly,
prosecution, search and seizure, due process, and the assumption of
innocence until proven guilty. Texas Child Protective Services violated
every constitutional right of the El Dorado Fundamentalist Church of
Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints.


We, of the monogamous society, believe that polygamy imperils family
values. To what extent is that true and to what extent can we state that
our monogamous society is without sin (and throw the first stone)? Is
marriage the monogamous deception? The divorce rate in America is
generally stated at 50 percent: 41 percent for the first marriage, 60
percent for the second, and 73 percent for the third! Dare not call that
polygamy! For children, divorce is traumatic. What form of child abuse
does that take?

Let's also examine the family values of heterosexual couples. Nearly 30
percent of children are born of unwed couples. (With the recent
California ruling that gay marriages are legal, what distinction will
that make?) Children suffer the most, displaying physical and emotional
scars all their lives.

Whether, one is a proponent of polygamy or not, when judging others, let
us understand our priorities. CPS does not! Please google ' Broken
Homes, Broken Hearts."

Imagine that, 6.4 children die at the hands of the very agencies that
are supposed to protect them and only 1.5 at the hands of parents per
100,000 children. CPS perpetrates more abuse, neglect, and sexual abuse
and kills more children then parents in the United States. If the
citizens of this country hold CPS to the same standards that they hold
parents too. No judge should ever put another child in the hands of ANY
government agency because CPS nationwide is guilty of more harm and
death than any human being combined. CPS nationwide is guilty of more
human rights violations and deaths of children then the homes from which
they were removed. When are the judges going to wake up and see that
they are sending children to their death and a life of abuse when
children are removed from safe homes based on the mere opinion of a
bunch of social workers.
