What best helps ease morning sickness?

About what? About people calling you out as a spammer? Well, let's see --
for one, your e-mail/user name is "Anonymous." Secondly, while your
question seems appropriate for this group, your e-mail included a link to a
blog and opinion poll on the topic.

If you really are pregnant and interested in conversing about various
aspects of your pregnancy, I'd suggest you set up a user name for the
newsgroups, even if you have a fake name, so that you are more personalized
and people can get to know you. If you want to put a link to your
website/blog in your signature line, go ahead, but don't troll the groups
with topics entirely meant to draw viewers to your blog or website.

If you experienced infertility before becoming pregnant, stick around on
alt.infertility.pregnancy. If you were fortunate enough to not have to deal
with infertility, then continue to post on misc.kids.pregnancy.

I hope that clarifies.

The link to the survey I created directly relates to pregnancy, I am not
off-topic.

I've been affected by infertility issues for a while before finally
managing to get pregnant. The experience has made me take pregnancy,
breastfeeding and all aspects of parenting much more seriously than I
think I would have done had I easily fallen pregnant aged 19.

It's great getting to know one another but I also want to share tips,
advice etc via anonymous surveys so people can get an idea of what other
people are going through via statistics - which this site provides - as a
complement to standard discussions.

Most names are fake on these groups anyway and I'm perfectly happy with
the name 'anonymous user', which is in a way a fake name that I like.
