FOR IMMEDIATE RELELEASE

Westchester County "Deadbeat Dad" goes public in effort to raise
awareness of his shared plight with hundreds- of- thousands of
non-custodial Dads in America's Family Court System.

Now that his children are all "adults," Terry Soloman addresses the
loss, grief, lies and betrayal leading to his mental and physical
illnesses, and a debt of nearly $100,000.00 in child support arrears.

White Plains, NY, February 7, 2006: Terry Soloman is a 48-year old
Father of five, and Grandfather of three. After 12-years together,
Terry's second wife was caught in an affair with a co-worker. The
story of their contentious fight for custody of their three children
(in front of then Family Court Judge Jeanine Pirro) and the subsequent
kidnapping of his children by his ex-wife and her lover is just the
beginning of this "Deadbeat Dad's" story.

Terry, who's mental and physical conditions continue to work against
him, has no money, property, no car, bank accounts or driver's
license. He is now receiving Medicaid to treat his mental and physical
problems. Even with these known facts, Terry will most likely be held
in "contempt," for not being able to pay child support arrears, by
Westchester County Family Court Judge Eugene Kava, on February 14, 2006
(Valentine's Day).

As a senior Family Court Hearing Officer in 1997, Judge Kava advised
Terry be jailed for "Willfully" refusing" to follow his order to
pay $5,000.00 in arrears. As a result of being jailed Terry lost his
job, and his children lost their state garnished child support payments
already being deducted from Terry's paychecks! It cost Westchester
County an estimated $600.00 for every day Terry was incarcerated. It
is about to happen AGAIN! Please, visit

Not if she was on Welfare.

Then it's all up to the State, but they might just keep stickin' it to
him as some sort of "example" -- or just because, "Hey, what's he gonna
to ta US?"

Then she has the option of making it all go away.

Is the court already involved? Because if she is particularly cruel,
what she could do is to just put off filing for the money but use the
fact that she COULD to hold power over your for years and years...

An amusing response coming from someone who apparently
hasn't a clue how to post on usenet--Perhaps you need a posting primer. If
you do not quote at least
part of the nessage you are replying to, your comment has no context and
makes no sense to anyone.
It's like hearing only one end of a phone call. BTW, some manners wouldn't
hurt either.

Yo, noobie, it helps when you include a portion of the post you're replying
to so the rest of us can follow along. Because some posters are trolls and
they end up in kilfiles..
