Living Outside the EU
 

My ex wife is living outside the EU. The CSA have said that they
cannot get involved in this case. I would like to make private
arrangements to pay for my daughter but she wants to go to court. Can
the the courts award child maintenance for a child living outside of
the EU? TIA.
