Are you advocating some new invasive powers to prevent this?

What connection to Fosters was there?
Was her apparent obsession with making a baby

Would her obesity have barred her from

3 Fetuses Found in Dead Woman's Freezer
Dec 08 1:55 PM US/Eastern

The remains of what are tentatively identified as three fetuses or
infants were discovered in the freezer of a woman who was found dead in
her home last month.

A relative who was clearing out Tracy Howard's apartment discovered the
bodies bagged in a freezer Thursday, Detective Lt. Michelle Jones said.

Autopsies were to be conducted Saturday to determine the ages and
causes of death, and DNA tests will be performed to determine whether
Howard, 35, was the mother.

The condition of the bodies made it hard to comment on their possible
ages, Jones said. "These were not like 9-pound babies. They were
smaller in nature."

Jones said Howard lived alone. Her body was found in the apartment Nov.
28 after co-workers became concerned when she didn't show up for work.

An initial autopsy showed she died of natural causes, but toxicology
reports are pending.

Police were continuing to interview people who knew Howard, but so far
no one has told them they remembered her being pregnant.

"Ms. Howard was a rather large female, and it probably would not have
been as prominent with her as it would have been with a small woman,"
Jones said.

They aren't. They can't.

You are irony disabled.

Are you advocating some new invasive powers to prevent this?

Sure. My name is actually Greg Hanson. Didn't you know, Donald?

What connection to Fosters was there?

None. I'm just following the model you do, and the one you celebrated
Fern for. Or have you forgotten that too?

Was her apparent obsession with making a baby
some sort of indication she should have been a foster/adopter?

See what I mean. RR R R R R ROTFLMAO.

When did you discover these fetuses (feti?) were her's, Greg? She might
have been an abortionist. Or involved in tissue research, or providing,
legally, fetal samples for medical schools.

We don't really know until the investigation is completed. Notice?

Would her obesity have barred her from
being approved as a foster?

Could be. Depends on the morbidity factor. I had a couple of relatives I
worked with that were in fact turned down because their obesity was
medically a disability.

They were receiving benefits and carried those 'Handicapped Parking'
placards in their cars because of it. And the kids they wanted were
toddlers. Imagine a morbidly obese person trying to parent active toddlers.

I recommended the look in other branches of their families to find
someone to take the children. It all worked out. Aren't you pleased?

(Remember that one who died on top of a foster kid and smothered them?)

I've heard there is one of those about once a week nation wide. Rumor?

Gosh I don't know.

Or Greg lies? The latter being more likely.

A lie is also an attempt to deceive, Greg. Do you do it without the
motive of protecting someone's physical safety?

Of course you do, Greg. Because you are immoral.

Read the post again, Greg. It's called "satire." You seem to think you
are a master at it, so how is you can't recognize it when it's so broad
and obvious, eh?

Where do you see that from my comments below? Any mention of fetuses,
or did I address the issue of the woman, and satirize your comments
about CPS from the past?

Go ahead, show us, stupid.

Did I say she did?

Or you wandering about stumbling over your own thoughts and think we
know what you are referring to by some kind of psychic power?

What is your point?

Autopsy Completed On Fetuses Found In Freezer

Dec 11, 2006 06:11 PM CST

The state medical examiner investigating the case of three human
fetuses found in a dead woman's freezer completed her autopsy and the
released findings Monday.

Medical examiner Dr. Adele Lewis and chief detective Andre Martin said
they found no evidence of foul play, but they are still investigating
the mystery of where the fetuses came from.

Investigators found the fetuses last week in Tracy Howard's apartment
where she was also found dead after not showing up for work.

"It's an unknown death investigation," Martin with Columbia Police
said.

Howard was found dead in the apartment of natural causes, and two days
later family members found three fetuses in her freezer.

"They were all between 20 and 25 weeks gestation -- two females and one
can't determine the gender," Lewis said.

The medical examiner said 35-year-old Howard died of an abnormal heart.
As for the three fetuses, it's unlikely they were born alive. She says
there were no signs of trauma or abuse.

"As far as I could tell...there's no evidence of foul play," Lewis
said. "It's probably a spontaneous miscarriage."

She was single and, as far as her family knew, was never pregnant.

One theory is that she was, but did not know it.

"You do hear stories about people who claim they don't realize they're
pregnant and deliver babies at home unexpectedly," Lewis said.

DNA tests will determine whether the fetuses are siblings, perhaps
triplets, and if Howard was their mother.

Again that's just a theory. DNA tests may show the fetuses were not
Howard's. It will now be about three months before DNA test results are
back.

If the fetuses' DNA matches Howard's, then the case will likely close,

But if there's no match the investigation could investigate it as
criminal as they search for the mother.

Tracy Howard had lived in the apartment complex for about six months
before her death.

She was a 1990 graduate of Columbia Central High School.

The dead woman?

Bodies found in freezer are 3 fetuses, autopsy finds
The Associated PressPublished: December 11, 2006

COLUMBIA, Tennessee: The human remains found in the freezer of a woman
who had died were three fetuses between 20 and 25 weeks' gestation,
according to a medical examiner.

"We probably will never know if they were born alive or stillborn," Dr.
Adele Lewis, assistant Tennessee medical examiner, said Monday.

The fetuses were found last week as relatives cleaned out the apartment
of Tracy Howard, 35, who died last month.

Howard lived alone in the apartment. Her body was found there Nov. 28
after co-workers became concerned when she did not show up for work. An
initial autopsy showed she died of natural causes, but toxicology
reports are pending.

Lewis determined the remains were fetuses during an autopsy Saturday.
Investigators had not been sure if the bodies were fetuses or possibly
infants.

The medical examiner hopes genetic and toxicology reports due in a
couple of months could shed more light on the case.

DNA testing will help determine if the fetuses were related to Howard
or each other while toxicology reports will determine if the fetuses
had drugs in their systems.

The initial autopsy of Howard did not indicate she was pregnant, and so
far, no one has reported that she was.

Lewis said two of the fetuses were females, but that the other's gender
could not be determined because of "advanced decomposition."
