morning sickness question
 

Can morning sickness also include stomach upsets, headaches and hot flushes?
I think I probably have a virus but was just wondering.
I have been feeling really sick since Saturday but only actually been sick a
few times and had slight diarrhoea a couple of times (Sorry if TMI) so
doesn't seem like stomach bug but I'm not sure.

I think I had morning sickness for a few weeks with my twins and a baby
I miscarried after that and I did have headaches, I don't recall hot
flushes though.
