Any man that's good enough to pay child support is good enough to have
custody of such child.

Perfect solution to the problem of bringing the Guantanamo terrorists to the
United States:

As we all know,the moment the prisoners step foot on U.S. soil, the ACLU as
well as all the other anti-American groups will immediately work to gain ALL
the rights/protections for these detainees as prescribed by the U.S.
Constitution for U.S. citizens. Well, there IS a solution to the problem.
While these groups are fighting for such protections, simply have the "child
support" industry impute fatherhood to each and every one of them. They will
immediately, forever, lose any rights they may have gained by the efforts of
the ACLU etc.. In other words, they will have even FEWER rights (which
translates to one notch above none) than they currently have. Plus, if they
think they're considered scum now, they aint' seen nuthin' yet.

guilty of economic violence against their exes and children. So, now
that space is being freed up in Guantanamo, round all the deadbeats up
and ship them there.

these deadbeats. AND the U.S. government will be forced to do
something about the way they are deprived of human rights.

Try to prove that any American woman would **** a scuzzy Guantanamate
anyway.

It would work the same way imputing earnings does today; it doesn't
matter if it is only a judges "opinion" that person X "could" earn
$100,000 per year without a high school diploma, the judge can still
impute such earnings if the mood strikes. It could be the same way a man
was forced to pay child support for a child that didn't exist. It's
easy, just get DHS involved. If there's a dollar they can steal, they
will find it and the way to obtain it.
